Everything is a little run-down (attaching a photo of the desk chair in our room as an example) and in need of a deep cleaning, especially the carpets and the bathrooms. Bring your own extension cords because there are very few outlets for plugging in any devices, and they aren't conveniently placed. The Wi-Fi only worked in the bathroom, not in the room or in the shared spaces on the first floor. Staff was kind about rebooting the modem, but they didn't seem to care that it didn't resolve the issue. Expected better, especially for the price.
