  The tub in the bathroom was dirty and the air conditioning control on the wall did not work. Unit was off. I finally figured out to open the window unit and got it to turn on.

  Absolutely amazing experience here! We needed to print but the printer wasn't working, and Alyssa who was working the front desk went above and beyond to help us out. Staff here are amazing, would definitely recommend!

  I apologize for the delay in posting this review, but I have never forgotten the compassion and dedication of your staff. On January 25, 2026, I was caught in a severe ice storm and what should have been a normal drive from Tupelo turned into an exhausting eight hour trip to your hotel in Olive Branch, MS. By the time I arrived, I was completely drained, tired, dehydrated, and hungry. Earlier, I had called to check availability and spoke with Alissa, who was incredibly kind and gracious enough to hold a room for me until I arrived. That alone meant so much, but what happened next truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected. As I turned onto the street near the hotel, my car became stuck in the ice and would not move. I called the front desk, and without hesitation, Alissa sent three employees to help me. They did not just assist, they dug my car out and pushed it all the way to the hotel, making sure it was safely parked. After being stranded for two days, I had to leave on January 27, and once again, your team stepped in and helped dig my car out of the ice so I could get back on the road. I genuinely do not know what I would have done without the kindness and teamwork your staff showed me. Their willingness to go above and beyond during such a stressful situation meant more than I can express. I would like to personally thank Patti, Courtney, Chris, Jay, GG, Alissa, Jamyalah, and anyone else I may have missed. Please know that your actions made a lasting impact on me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Without all of you, I truly do not know how I would have made it.

  Check in was unpleasant. The room requested at booking was not available, due to booking through a third party. Front desk receptionist was rude, unhelpful, entitled and played the victim card. She was dancing behind the counter while waiting on signatures. When confronted about her poor attitude, she threatened to not check us in. Once we made it to the room, we found what appeared to be food crumbs throughout, including in the mattress of the pull out couch. Also found dead bugs in the room. This hotel needs some attention from ownership. I would not recommend this Holiday Inn Express.
