My daughter and I got in after midnight and the staff was ready to help us. Room was clean and up-to-date. I was surprised how comfortable the beds and pillows were. They rival the nicer Hiltons that I usually stay at. I was most impressed with the breakfast. Real bacon cooked to perfection and hot cinnamon rolls. The new coffee machine provided a better tasting coffee than most hotels offer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
- JLJH LNov 14, 20254.0I am writing this review a few hours after checking in on 11/14/25. The suite we are in on the 3rd floor is spacious, but it is lopsided and feels like you're walking sideways. No reviews mentioned this and I was shocked to experience this. The room is very clean but there is VERY LITTLE closet space. There are 3 hooks located on the wall between the tv and closet with the safe in it. By the way, that same little enclosed closet is where the bedding for the pull out sofa is stored. I was very impressed with the exceptional hotel staff. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly when checking in. Also, when I called and asked for extra towels, they brought them up immediately. The elevator went out around 8pm but they got right on it and it was fixed within hours. Every staff person we encountered was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. with a variety of options for our family. The breakfast area was clean and the food was replenished quickly. Overall, we would probably book a stay at this hotel again but request a 1st floor room on the opposite side of the check-in area to try to avoid getting a lopsided room.

- TMTelisa MasonOct 18, 20251.0Drove 12 hrs to Memphis to attend a memorial service. Checked into the hotel and immediately left to check on family in the area. Arrived back late; discovered urine near the toilet unclean and paint chipping in the bathroom. I tried to call the desk but discovered the room phone was broken and just went to sleep. In the morning around 7:30AM my husband noticed a roach in the bathroom. I reported immediately to the desk however, the other rooms were also uncleaned and I was prompted to wait until housekeeping arrived. I went back to the room packed my items to wait until 9am. I sat on the bed to do my daily morning devotionals and noticed a roach crawling on the bed. I screamed and left immediately (in my pajamas). We had to sit in the car calling around to find an acceptable room in our price range and in a safe area. HUGE inconvenience. The front receptionist was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience. Nothing she could do to accommodate us. I would not recommend until they are able to change their standards and processes.
