The kitchenette is serviceable, but the policy of not having continental breakfast is as absurd as it is cheap. Their TV selection leaves much to be desired and the "free laundry" amenity is pathetic to say the least.

Fun and games or trying to get laundry done I was able to get done some Saturday then finish Sunday morning, unfortunate issue is people leave there stuff in the machines. There's 3 floors off rooms so that's a lot of people here you have 2 machines for everyone, I've been to some candle wood where they have machines on every floor that's nice when that happens. Room itself was comfortable everything worked. Will look forward to coming back another time.
- WWwareyoreSep 19, 20252.0This is one of the worst Candlewood and IHG properties I've stayed at. Traveling for business and the room assigned had no power along most of the outlets. It took over an hour to fix the issue, no offer to switch rooms. So, after a full day of travel and customer meetings waiting another hour to get power was a hassle. No ironing board in the room. The kitchen sink had no hot water and a wonderful feature where it spray you stomach level when you moved the lever a particular way trying to find the non-existent hot water. The bathtub had what looked like a nonslip cover in it at an odd angle. Turns out that was a patch covering a hole in the side of the bathtub. It was right in the middle of the tub, so no avoiding it. Very low pressure on the shower, but at least there was hot water. The coffee maker supplies in the room was mismatched. So, instead of a pot of coffee waiting for me after a shower I had a pots worth of coffee to clean up all over the floor and counter. The dishwasher had no water connected or spraying. So, cleaning my personal dishes by hand the final night in the bathroom sink was a joy. The final day, on checkout, the elevator was full of marijuana smell for another guest. Great dice roll to add to the mix if you're traveling for work and meeting coworkers or clients at a job site. Always like the idea of showing up smelling like I need to be sent to the clinic. If traveling on personal time and like saving some money and having a local flavor go for it. I was not be returning and now will likely avoid IHG and the Candlewood brand.
- GAglenn armstrongAug 28, 20251.0I prepaid for a room 3 weeks in advance through the Hopper app and upon check in I was told the hotel didn't accept payment before guest checked in. The receptionist said they were unable to very my confirmation number, which I had on my phone as well as the receipt that said I paid. After paying for the room again, I contacted Hopper and was told the hotel had confirmed my stay, so I could not get a refund. If you pay through a 3rd party app be prepared to get cheated out of your money. I'm not allowed to give a no star rating or I would.
