Another guest walked up to ask for pillows for the bed ( theirs had none) and he was also rude to them and saying they didn’t have pillows!!!!

El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, siempre con buena disposición y una sonrisa; especialmente la manager Sandra, con una gran disposición para ayudar en lo que necesites. El desayuno fue delicioso y variado, ideal para empezar el día. También me encantó la ubicación, muy tranquila y segura, con fácil acceso a tiendas y restaurantes. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

The woman is a racist never have I had explain myself of being in a hotel, I was asked what my room number was I said I didn't have a reservation I stayed with someone else I didn't ask there name as we were busy enjoying each other. The next morning I left and they slept on I left went outside grabbed my mug for tea went back in then this racist started on me well I certainly won't be back. Just because I'm white I didn't take much notice of the room number wasn't aware that it's not allowed to have sex in a hotel Called best western reservations spoke with guest relations they weren't able to help as reservation was under another name and they would need to call.
