    These people were great to me! I was from out of town, in middle of an ice storm! They made sure I had everything I needed! Forever grateful!

    CLC company card users avoid, I had to use my personal credit card to pay for their incidental fee and they charged me for the room a week later. I doubt my company will pay me back for the room. This place should be removed from CLC lodging.

    Tuve una experiencia excelente en el Hotel Best Western Plus de Olive Branch ubicado en 10915 Business Center Dr, Olive Branch, MS 38654. Desde el momento en que llegué junto con mi esposo el personal fue muy amable, pero quiero destacar especialmente a la señora Sandra, quien hizo mi estadía aún más agradable. Su amabilidad, atención y calidad humana son realmente excepcionales. Siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa, brindando un servicio cálido y profesional que marca una gran diferencia para los huéspedes. El hotel es cómodo, limpio, tranquilo y con muy buenas instalaciones, pero definitivamente la atención de personas como Sandra es lo que hace que uno quiera regresar. ¡Sin duda recomiendo este lugar!

    I do not know if the decision to let the housekeeping staff off for Thanksgiving was a management choice of the individual hotel or a moronic corporate decision to "let our beloved employees enjoy family time" More likely a money grubbing scheme. With a very full hotel, this was a very bad idea. We were required to bring our dirty towels to the front desk.We received a mess of worn towels and a wad of washcloths. The day after thanksgiving, no room cleaning, no clean towels, they were too backed up. The hot water ran out on two mornings so we had tepid showers on cold days. there was only one functional elevator for three days. The room was nice, except for the upholstered chair and ottoman was horribly stained. I would not sit on either. I felt bad for the hotel staff who most likely had to listen to many complaints. The ladies in the breakfast area did a fantastic job keeping all the apparently starving people full of food. They were polite and very efficient. The situation in this hotel was not employee fault. It was management trying to pad the wallet. Employees and guests lost in this deal.

    Horrible pet policy, and manager is so rude and very disrespectful. Room was so old and outdated and had a moldie smell to it. Also the smoke detector beeped the whole time. Will never come back to this hotel ever again!!
