  We met staff at an 11pm check in, at breakfast and checking out at 10am. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Checking in late at night, this location felt very safe, well lit and maintained. Everything inside from the lobby to the indoor pool to the room & bathroom was incredibly clean.

  Booked well in advance, received confirmation, then when I arrived they told me they overbooked. They canceled my reservation and told me to check next door where the rooms were double. They were completely and totally unwilling to help with the cost in any way. Horrible, down right deplorable customer service and I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again. Lesson learned.

  YOUR STAFF WINISHA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHANGE YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF CAUSE SHE'S NOT ACCOMMODATING AND MAKE PEOPLE FEEL UNWELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! would like to raise a formal concern regarding my recent phone interaction with your front desk staff member, Winisha. During our call, I was placed on hold more than seven times, and in several instances it happened while I was still speaking. No updates were provided, and I was not given any estimate of how long I would need to wait. I ended up waiting for almost an hour just to check room availability, which was very frustrating. I fully understand that the front desk can get busy, but the way the call was handled felt rude and unprofessional. In my last call, I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that there was no manager available. However, when I called again and she answered, she then stated that she was the manager, which was very confusing and concerning. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I hope that situations like this can be addressed so that other callers will not experience the same frustration. I kindly ask that your team be reminded to communicate professionally with guests and provide clear updates when placing someone on hold. Thank you for taking the time to review this concern, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service experience.
