    This is an older Hampton Inn so the interior looks worn but it is clean, the breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

    Extremely Disappointed with Our Stay My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Moss Point/Pascagoula, MS (6730 Highway 63 N) from October 9–12, 2025, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. When we arrived, the front desk lady was very kind, but the room was absolutely unacceptable — dirty coffee cups left behind, rusted lamps, filthy lampshades, stained walls and curtains, and a musty odor throughout. The sheets even had what looked like dried blood, and the bathroom wall was falling apart and patched up. The coffee setup was placed in the bathroom, which is completely unsanitary. The breakfast area was just as disappointing — missing ceiling lights, patched walls, and very limited food that was not restocked. When I spoke to the manager, Mr. Patel, he showed no concern and never offered the Hampton 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that Hilton promises. We were moved to another room, but it wasn’t much better — frozen water bottles left in the fridge and the same musty smell. This property is not up to Hilton standards and needs serious inspection or renovation. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. We will never stay here again, and I plan to escalate this with Hilton Corporate for a refund or compensation.

    Hampton Inn on the outside but definitely not on the inside. We did a digital check in like we normally do. However once we got up to the room, our key did not work. So of course we had to go back down to the lobby. We were told “ digital keys don’t work here” That would have been nice to know in advance. The big issue that I had was with the water. It’s either hot or boiling hot. After driving for over 9 hours I was looking forward to a nice shower. Nope. Had to go to bed dirty. I like hot showers but it literally hurt when it touched my skin. That’s on the “cold” setting. The sink was the same way. Some people like to splash cold water on their face in the mornings, can’t do that here. Everything was old and smelled old. Total dump.
