TV was IMPOSSIBLE!!! couldn't change channels ...eventually gave up trying.worst part was FILTHY washcloth that I took in shower (not very good water pressure)...thankfully I looked at washcloth before I used it....it obviously was a cleaners rag and NASTY!!! called Shay at front desk who was as grossed as I was and very apologetic....Still in all, it's a lovely clean modern hotel. Woukd try it again while on my travels.

When we walked in the room I immediately smelled cleaning products. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Check-in was good and breakfast was good. My only complaint are the beds. The sheets were paper thin and needed replacing. The beds were also uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my back. The pillows also needed trashing. One thing I didn't notice until the next day we left was the old blood stain on the side of the mattress cover. I was grossed out. That is a OSHA health violation as bodily fluid of any kind should not be left on anything that any guest comes in contact with. I have stayed in a Tru By Hilton on several other occasions in different locations and was very happy. I definitely won't stay here again. Do better Hilton.

Please pay attention whenever booking at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms for one night got to the rooms at 11:50 at night and saw the pillows and beds and they were all stained and with hair for both rooms. Went to the front with the pillows and the receptionist (Shay) first complained that I put the pillows on the receptionist desk then she apologized and said the manager would email us or call or speak to us in the morning the following day….the manager did neither of those things. The manager of cleaning brought us a new set of pillows. It was both rooms soo it’s seems to be common that rooms are not sanitized nor cleaned properly & again not a single word from Management not even an apology. If you can avoid booking at this hotel please do so the last thing you want is after a long day come to your room and find it to be dirty.
