    Clean rooms fairly priced if you need to do laundry don't do it there it's 3:50 a load

    The bed was horrible, you could not move without laying on a lump of sorts. You could hear all the noise from next door and upstairs. It was extremely expensive for what you get. I was very tired and very decipointed.

    Let me start off by saying your Welcomed in the lobby with no AC so your having to wait in a sauna until your room is ready. Then you get your key only to walk into a room that they have the AC off and refrigerator off so in the summer when I arrived its 90 degrees in my room. Then when you leave for the day and expect your room to be clean and bed made and clean towels. Only to be welcomed with No new towels and old towels gone so you have to walk down yourself to get them. NO bed made just stuff balled up on bed. And for some reason they turn the AC off every day to after they ONLY take the trash out. I am a diamon rewards member and have stayed in hotels for almost 250 plus days a year and this has got to be the WORST HOTEL of them all. Everyday you complain and all they say is sorry sir we have a new house keeper EVERYDAY for 2 months and I have to stay here for work its the only hotel thay take clc cards im area. I tell everyone and anyone that I see to leave. UPDATE**** As soon as they got this review they want to call me saying that they won't allow us to stay here anymore because we complain to much and we should have only expected our room to be clean ONCE a week because we are using CLC cards and I should have read the fine print of CLC ?. Please tell me what FINE print of a clc card should I be ready when all i get from my company is the physical card to use and no paperwork with it. I have been at hotel working for almost 10 years. But somehow this Manager just has the answers the others dont even come up with. Its mind boggling when you are trying to speak to someone and they literally for 1 barely speak clear English and 2 Don't care what your complaint is there always rite since they own the building. If they get to flustered they just say dont stay here. They have there ENTIRE FAMILY living in the hotel KIDS and grandparents im sure and I bet there rooms are clean everyday. Just because you reply back on every REVIEW doesnt mean your always correct. Anyone can justify there self on the internet without proof. And there's proof that that POT has Always been cracked since we been there yall even Glued a door stopper on it. And also the Law will look at it as direct negligence to YOU for putting a flower pot behind a door that opens and closes everyday numerous times.
