    I have stayed at this property about 12+ times. This time I was disappointed. The bathroom floor was nasty there was one wash cloth and one bath, towel, the kitchenette had one spoon and no drinking glasses. I told. The front desk person about the floor and the need for more wash cloths and she responded with, "really? ". She did give me more wash cloths. This is twice in a row where house keeping was very poor. The other her was at Home 2 in Alabama a few weeks ago. A photo of. The bathroom floor in included.

    Me and wife traveled to Florida. Via Mississippi. We stayed over night in ms, this hotel was very clean and staff was helpful and courteous. I am a rewards Hilton member and got a small discount, so I feel the stay was a touch high but reasonable. Only issues I seen was rust and mildew in shower and bathroom area . Some poor workmanship to details in hotel for just being remodel . I expect higher cleanliness and detail from a Hilton brand period. But was better than most hotels we have stayed in past . I would recommend to stay at this hotel. One thing is there was alot of pets in this hotel. So I expected a bit better hygiene for the hotel. Did smell at lil animally.     Was not acknowledged as an honors member and wasn’t given water at check in. Room was dirty with soap scum still on the soap holders on bathroom sink and shower. Long hairs were in drawer of bathroom sink.. lamp next to sofa wasn’t working. The biggest was my room wasn’t cleaned, trash wasn’t taken and bed was t made and no towels were put in my bathroom after first day... breakfast was good but bananas were old, dark and mushy..was very disappointed with my 2 night stay at this Hilton.. won’t be returning..

    The entire stay met our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, to include the sofa bed. The breakfast was satisfying and well stocked. There was a large school/JROTC group enjoying their breakfast and despite a very large, lively group, the breakfast area was kept stocked and clean.
