Rooms need some maintenance. Carpet wet under air conditioner. Bedding ok. Pillows flat. Service adequate for time of day.

We recently stayed for my daughter's sleepover party. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!! The next morning, the ladies took great care of the girls and made sure the breakfast area was fully stocked!! I would definitely recommend them for your next stay!

There was a lot of work going on on the first floor and looks like they had a dryer fan blowing for something, but to their credit the rooms were quiet. The evening crew was friendly, courteous, and helpful; the morning crew, not so much. My spouse had one thing to say about the suite, "NASTY". The floor needed to be swept and mopped and the carpet vacuumed. She said there was mold around the upper lip of the toilet. The extra bedding for the pullout was wadded and stuffed in the cabinet, so not sure if it had been previously used. Also, no conditioner in the shower.

It’s going through a remodel. This was not apparent when booking on the website. I’m sure it’ll be 5-stars when done. Convenient location but on a one way frontage road. Surprisingly good breakfast options.

What in the Hansel and Gretel is going on here. This hotel lured me in like a gingerbread house in the woods. Outside, looked so nice. Walked in and the gals at the front desk were SO NICE. Then we got to the room and it was a rapid downhill slide. My son started pulling out the hide-a-bed in the couch, and was met with wadded up tissues. Fridge looked like someone stabbed it 30 times with a fork. And the BATHROOM... oh my gosh. Black sludge all over the handicap bars. Black hair in the tub *spoiler alert... none of us have black hair* even the legs on the bathroom cabinet were bowing out trying to escape. How in the world can a hotel that isnt that old be so disgusting. Only positive thing was the ladies at the front desk. Give them a raise.
