It’s wonderful coming in from a long drive and you don’t have to order take out. Why when everything is under one roof. Dinner was delish. Great Big Kudos to Da’Trell and the rest of the ladies of the breakfast staff. The breakfast absolutely amazing! Breakfast is my favorite type of food. The entire breakfast staff away top tier but Da’Trell has the most wonderful personality! Holiday Inn she is a keeper!!!!! Everyone you come across in life is not a sweet as she is! The check out process was swift and easy! Even though the hotel is right off the hwy I heard nothing. Beds is comfy. The Water was just right temperature. My room smelled fresh and clean. You can tell this Holiday in was well built and kept. Hats off to the manager (Seems to me the have the right team in place) TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I WILL BE BACK.

After a long night of travel, we found ourselves scrambling at 1am needing a place to stay after booking a room at the La Quinta down the road. Maurice absolutely came in clutch. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind — exactly what you hope for when you’re exhausted and just need a smooth check-in. He turned a stressful situation into a total win. The stay itself was great! The rooms were quiet, clean, and super comfortable — we slept like rocks. Everything from the front desk service to the overall atmosphere made a big difference. Huge thank you to Maurice for going above and beyond. If you’re staying in Meridian, this is the place — and Maurice is the man! 🙌
- MMMorganFeb 17, 20263.0I’ve stayed here for several weeks in the past couple months, and service started out great! But my last stay was very underwhelming say the least. Several days in a row we’d come in from work, and no towels, garbage not taken out, or beds made. But it got worse when our door was not closed the days they did refresh the room. We were able to walk into our room without using our key card, because it was left cracked open. We have a lot of electronics in our room, that could’ve easily been taken. The front desk service is amazing. But the rooms being left uncleaned , and unsecure is thr only complaints.

The cleaning service at this hotel has to be the absolute worst in America. Sometimes they come in and clean. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes they take your old towels and bring you new towels. Sometimes they just take your old towels and don't bring any. Sometimes they forget to give you washcloths and just put them on the door handle. I came in from work one day, and they had came in to my suite and activated the deadbolt so the door wouldn't shut, and just left. Nothing was done accept them removing my towels and not brimging any to replace them. All of my belongings and computer was free for the taking if anyone wanted them.
