We are minutes from the Riley Performing Arts Center and Meridian's Historic Downtown District. Located within 10 miles of the industrial park, business districts and medical quarter, guests of the hotel have easy access to business, industry and suppliers in the area. Dining opportunities in the area include over 60 restaurants, and a variety of shopping from malls, boutiques and historic shops can be reached in under 10 minutes. The hotel features over a 130 rooms, including over 120 standard rooms, almost a dozen suites and even some two-room, deluxe king suites with whirlpool tubs.

But it seemed more like years of smoke embedded into the carpets. After that the young lady at the front desk, I think her name was Jessica or something (10/26-10/27) was very dismissive and did not display good customer service. Just a nasty demeanor all around. Then, on up to the room .. It was clean however EVERYTHING ELSE was wrong. The shades didn’t work properly, the sink didn’t drain and had a black/brown buildup, the water in the shower didn’t get hot at all, the part of the window you could see, you still couldn’t see out of it because it was so dirty. The whole building needs a full cleaning/pressure washing. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with a hilton property in a longgggggggg time.

Tried to cancel the reservation and make it for the correct date but they would not refund my money, even though I was going to stay at their property that night. Unethical, unacceptable, and unsatisfactory.
