The worst of everything. Shower was broken. Sprayed water everywhere. When you turned on the water, it went around 3 times. Water almost got warm, but not really. No hot water. There was plenty of hot water at the sink. Doors start slamming at 5:00 in the morning. Maybe the hotel should invest in soft close doors. Never again!!!

Each staff member i delta with provided service with a smile, a friendly attitude, a willingness to help. The evening reception had a nice variety of food. Drink, and deserts. Miss Sara made the reception a pleasure.

We are traveling across the country and Meridian, MS is as far as we could get before needing to sleep on our first day of travel. I appreciate that the Hilton brand Hampton Inn offers a hot breakfast included in the room fee. We were greeted warmly and there was "room in the Inn". We received our complimentary bottles of water and headed to our room. The room was clean. However, you can see the wear and tear on the room with the dingy and warn carpet and dings in the paint all around the room. Breakfast options were great, potatoes with peppers, scrambled eggs (not powdered), and waffles were a hit, but there were additional options. We had to track someone down to wipe down the table for us to eat in the dining room, which wasn't ideal and when she did, she wiped the seat and then the table with the same cloth! Overall, it was a good location, the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. Breakfast was good and the cost was reasonable.
