The room was nice and the bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but that is just preference. I also had multiple interactions with different employees and all were very positive interactions. The young lady who checked me in was very efficient and courteous. If you’re going to stay in Meridian, you cannot beat the pricing for what you get at this Hampton.

Had a little trouble with the late evening shift of employees, they had an attitude and weren't very helpful. But the morning shift of employees was amazing! Very friendly and polite! Hotel lobby was clean and smelled nice, our room appeared clean and fresh, we unpacked and went to take a shower, turned in shower head and the sprayer would not work, I worked with it for a few minutes, but could not get it to work. I called down to front desk, she tried to trouble shoot the problem, but it would only trickle out, so she sent a maintenance man up. He went in and turn the on/off knob and got it to work and told us to make it work you have to “adjust” it in between on & off because it would work if you turned it all the way on. Went to get ice on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn’t work. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but two employees were sitting in the dining room talking and laughing loudly about working all night, I took my plate back to the room.
