  I drove in from out of town. I am a rewards member. This is the first time I’ve experienced a hotel this bad. The first room I had was horrible. The toilet was dirty. The floor was dirty. The bedding was dirty yellowish not white hair in the bed Empty water bottles left in the room Counter tops dressers is not clean stains left on them. I reported it to the front desk then they sent me to another room which was room 300 same thing.it was dirty and what you see in the photos is the dirt that was on the shower that ran down brown dirt from the walls into the tub I had to spray cleaning supplies on it to get it off That’s why it was running into the tub, Paint was off of the bottom of the tub. I had to change the bedding myself, and when I went downstairs to pick up the bedding Laundry It was all yellowish it had a old smell to the room I drove to a Walgreens and got the cleaning supplies myself horrible horrible horrible

  Literally had a blunt in the stand next to the bed my children were going to sleep in! Cleaners need to do better! Ice container still full of water too from previous visitors…. For owner response, booked under Ryan bullock, stayed 3/11/26 & believe room number was 312?

  Kayla and Lekeicia at the holiday inn are amazing. Great experience and excellent customer service. Lovely people. Will definitely come back.

  The room was not cleaned. Dog food on the floor and foo, hair and i dont know what all i left the light that worked off...
