I asked for towels at 9:30 am was told they would bring them to us. We did not receive towels until after 11:30am. We were finally told that the towel were in the dryer after asking a 2nd time for towels at 11:15am. We never received anymore towels while we were there. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. We stayed from Wednesday to Saturday.

Holiday has lost their mind thinking this is a top notch hotel charging that much. It was 37deg outside but when I walked in my room it was 99deg, heater cranked all the way up. Took 4hrs to cool it down enough so I could sleep, glad I got here early. Only plus to this place is they had a free happy hour and it’s close to anything you need.

I felt like the lady was not really paying attention, which was absolutely the case because when my family and I checked in last night, they couldn't find my reservation. I had even called the week before to verify it because I never received a confirmation email as is customary. She eventually found the reservation on the wrong day. So I reserved another room myself on line, and she canceled the other one. As we rode the elevator to our room, we noticed the hotel was not very clean and when we opened the door to our room, a mildewy smell wafted out. The television and remote wasn't great either. There was no guide, so you just had to flip through all the channels to see what you wanted to watch. I also had to go back down to the clerk's desk to get a bottle of soap as there wasn't any left in the tub. Unfortunately for my husband (who was the 1st in), he discovered this AFTER he had already got in the shower and my daughter and I had already left to go eat breakfast. Which brings me to breakfast... it was really good!
