We checked in around midnight, had no issues. Room was bigger than expected. The ceilings are high and I loved that. Even had a ceiling fan! Bonus points for that!! Room was super clean, did not smell funny. Room was really warm, but we changed the temperature to what we wanted. Breakfast was really good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, omlets, cereal, bagels, pancakes. Staff was really friendly.
- JNJames NJul 28, 20255.0Possibly best Holiday Inn property this year so far. Exceptional air ventilation and circulation. Has ceiling fan, so AC does not need to run most of the time. Ceiling fan is very quiet and pushes plenty of air around. Window is smaller than typical, but if facing away from the parking lot then can be left open completely for maximum sunlight. The DoT HQ behind the hotel is dead empty. As a result, the air in the room fresh and pristine; no funkiness, no dampness, nothing. Everything was clean and sharp enough, down the grout line. Bathroom is bathtub, but clean enough. Faucet and counter are good size. Bathroom is very bright, very well lay out. Bed is good. Plenty of counter top spaces; the furniture and layout are typical of IHG and they work very well. Staffs are a bit wonky; was given an occupied room first check in. Literally, other people stuffs were still in there - almost a tragedy in MS.

Woke up with bites and saw some on my pillow! 😩 Told the front desk and they were too chill and didn’t really do much?? Kinda gross and rude tbh. Wouldn’t stay here again unless they seriously deep clean and then I still might not stay
