  This hotel is dirty. No other way to put it. It smells dirty, looks dirty and is dirty. Carpets stained, windows filthy, bed skirts with crusty stains and the list goes on. The desks were so dirty that when wiping down with a disinfecting wipe prior to dinner it was completely black. Elevator looked like it hadn't been wiped down, vacuumed or stainless polished in eternity with sticky sprayed on residue stuck to the walls and every crack in the door jamb stuck full of dirt. Too bad because the hotel itself looks like someone has invested recently into some furnishings and such but that doesn't last long with no upkeep or cleaning. Breakfast seemed OK but we stuck with prepackaged offerings and fruit as cant imagine what the kitchen where they prepare food looks like? All in all a very poor way to spend $175.

  This will be my third night. First night I fixed the toilet and figured out why the ac was making such a racket. Told them about it and what the problem was. Second night, they had done nothing about it, even though I put in a request with the night and morning desk persons. This will be my third and will see if they did anything.

  The hotel need an inspection check the hallways so smell terrible also the room I had checked into the ceiling is falling apart and had bugs infested from wall to wall and didn’t see a problem saying it’s just bugs . do not leave your items behind in the room because they will steal it you been warned

  At first, I thought I forgot my supplements. But after I came back home from a work trip I realized that the staff cleaning my room had stolen all of them, 1 bottle of Capsimax pills, 1 bottle of very expensive Dr. GUNDRY probiotics, 1 bottle of Pineal gland supplement, and 1 bottle of L-leucine. I stayed only 1 week and was supposed to stay 2 but I suspected towards the end of my stay that some things were missing. I thought nothing of it and simply thought I left them at home. But nope, I did take them with me as I always do. I will never stay at Best Western again and will be making a complaint to management via the website today. I am going to figure out who was in my room and get them pointed out.

  The outside appeared very nice. The room however has cracks or broken ceiling. The shelf in the bathroom was made of some kind of scrap board they had laying around. The bathroom floor was very slick from being cleaned with something that left an oil residue. Highly do not recommend.
