Here's why: The check in clerk at 11pm was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property was clean. From the parking lot to the lobby to the room. No hairs hanging out in the shower or some dirt behind the bathroom door. Clean. It was, by far, the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Great support. Pillows labeled by firmness. Crisp, clean sheets. The room was large enough to play squash in. A nice work area and comfortable chair to sit in. Even though it was near the elevator, it was quiet. No ding or thud and the sound of little kids running down the hallway at 6am. The bar/eatery looked inviting. Open, well lit, cheery - no dark avocado and gray with purple here (I'm talking about you Courtyard) Ready to find, ample parking in a well lit lot, right across from USM, nice adjoining shops.
