- TMTaylor MurilloMar 30, 20265.0I’m just passing through with my kids and only stayed for a night, but this has been the best holiday inn and I don’t think words can describe how clean and friendly and overall just how nice this hotel is. For breakfast instead of a simple cereal bar with waffles or pancakes they have a line of multi choice hot foods. 🤤 it’s so good and we’re eating breakfast at the end of morning. I definitely will stay here again

- SFSam FairMar 19, 20261.0Yesterday I was returning home from a trip to Louisiana and made a reservation at the Holiday Inn Hattiesburg. Around 3pm I made a reservation on the IHG Website for a room for the night. Around 4:15pm I received a call from the Front Desk Agent stating that the system had oversold the hotel and that they were cancelling my reservation. I asked if they were going to walk me to another hotel and she responded "No." I made a complaint on the IHG Website that stated the property would call me within 48 hours. This is simply unacceptable.
