Customer service 0/10. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but this was by far the worst. There was a young lady apart of the staff name Courtney who was extremely rude during checkin. She was constantly on her phone and making side bar conversations as if I was an inconvenience. When I asked questions, she let out a long sigh before answering. As a tired mom, who was just ready to check in, she made this process more stressful than it needed to be not being able to find my reservation because she’s busy doing other things in her personal life during company time. Other than that the rooms were kind of small but the beds slept nice.

The room was clean and as advertised. We loved that it is dog friendly (they actually had treats near the front desk). Quaint little location with a nail bar, sushi, and more just out the front door of the hotel. We will be using this hotel going forward.

Nice clean hotel. Room was spacious and neat. Bed was comfortable. But no complimentary coffee or breakfast. Just a place to sleep.

Very disappointed with this hotel -- I get the impression that management is not overseeing the service performance. This is not up to IHG's Hotel Indigo standards.
First impressions were excellent (ample parking, good location, onsite bar-restaurant with good hours), then we checked in and things went downhill. Our room was an accessible King Suite reserved for three adults, but there were only towels for two and the sofabed had no sheets, pillows, or blankets. It was Thanksgiving the first morning, so we skipped having the room serviced. The second morning, housekeeping made it clear at 10am that they would not return, so we had to bring out our own trash and beg for fresh towels. The third morning, housekeeping tried to come before 9am -- way too early for a Saturday -- so we specifically asked the front desk to get the room serviced when we left for the day. Nothing was done, so again to the front desk to ask for towels and trash bags.
The room was sparsely decorated and the walls showed signs of patching, which made me wonder if they didn't take down some pictures to put in other rooms. The roll-in shower was excellent, and there was plenty of space for a powered wheelchair to maneuver. Accessibility was well above average for this room.
As for the restaurant, the staff were very kind. Dinner was good, breakfast okay. I cannot complain about slow breakfast service on a holiday, but running out of items on a short breakfast menu like biscuits and fruit the last two mornings was pretty disappointing. Never once saw the GM (Tiffany Johnson?), and the lack of service standards left me wondering if she ever did simple walk-throughs of the rooms after housekeeping.
To conclude this long review, I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere until they bring in new management/leadership and spark up a true service ethic. For heaven's sake, USM with hospitality students is a stone's throw away -- just about any of them would put more energy into guest services.
