    DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible hotel. I have never posted an online review but felt compelled to do so here because it was so bad. 1. Got into room after check in to find a nasty used washcloth on the side of the tub. 2. Tiles cracked in bathroom, toilet water constantly brown, mildew stains in nearly every tile grout and caulk line. 3. One of the groups we were traveling with had booked 2 rooms. They gave one of them away before they arrived, even though they had checked in, got their room number and got their digital key in the app already. 4. A bunch of other people and I had our keys deactivated in the middle of the day and they acted put out that we were standing there needing them reactivated. 5. Breakfast from 7-10. All hot food except a crusty pan of grits was gone at 9:30. We were told they stopped cooking at 9:30, but clearly they stopped before that if hot food was already gone at 9:30. 6. Booked a room where reservation included breakfast, gave them our room number when getting the breakfast we did get and they then charged me additionally on my final bill for the breakfast. 7. During all of the standing around and waiting for help with the issues, we had time to observe the condition on the hotel. While recently remodeled, water stains and mildew on walls and ceilings everywhere as well as moisture dripping from air vents. 8. Toaster too small to handle the items they had for it. Some got something stuck in it that burned, smoking and setting of fire alarm multiple times. It took an hour for elevators to be turned back on. Without disclosing how we know, we found out this hotel is not owned or operated by Hilton, but by some sort of individual operator or operating company. It has a reputation as being a bad hotel. .

    All the employees are great but one! If you want breakfast I the am i suggest you drive to Alaska, order, and drive back it will be faster! THE MORNIN BREAKFAST PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED! He is not helping you business. We sat in the breakfast area and watched business men order omelets. We watched them leave after 45 min. The omelets showed up 10 min later. We told the breakfast person we would jut take the food they order so it did not go to waste... he held on to it for another 15 min then brought it to us... As for the rest of the staff, they are efficient, responsive and very helpful, especially Leslie at the bar in the evenings. The rooms are good. Place is clean and no other issues... AVOID BREAKFAST AT ALL COST OR AT LEAST TILL THAT EMPLOYEE IS GONE!

    Never again!!! Room 210 had bed bugs We had to leave at 9:00pm after driving all day Went to another hotel We’re informing the manager so we can be reimbursed for the trouble of having to get another hotel room Hot tub was cold as well🤦‍♀️

    Christina checked me in, super friendly made me feel special I request for a 1st floor last minute. She was happy to accommodate. I brought sleeping toddler in, she just loved being here, she joked with me after coming back and forth to unload. Great selection for front desk. Even though it was late at night. She was naturally a friendly person, not a fake, weird friendly person. She was happy to help me understand how to work the remote. I love how they had the cutest nightlight in the bathroom. I forgot to bring mine. Nice touch! Rooms were very clean, and BIG. Personal rant but very minor: my sheets were super wrinkly. So much, that I could actually feel the wrinkles
