    I stayed at the Hilton in Hattiesburg, MS (133 Plaza Drive) from November 13–17, and the experience was disappointing. Despite requesting room service multiple times during my stay, it was never provided. For a multi-day visit, this was extremely inconvenient. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member since 2018, and I’ve always appreciated the level of service Hilton usually provides. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the complimentary drink that’s normally offered at check-in either, which added to the overall poor experience. I expect better consistency and hospitality from Hilton. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests don’t run into the same problems.

    This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this hotel in 6 months. We had issues the first time around as well but decided to give it one more chance. Never again. As with the first time we complained, we were given an apology. That’s it. Nothing was addressed. This stay was worse. As my husband is disabled, we look for amenities that help with his issues ie: heated pool and hot tub. According to the website, this hotel had both. They didn’t work. In addition, the floor in our room was disgusting. I have pictures that show what the towels looked like after I cleaned them. I would be ashamed of having Hilton attached to this hotel. I would avoid this location at all costs.

    Checked in on Sunday and my room was not fully cleaned. There was open used bar of soap, the toilet was dirty and had ash on top and in it and the floor had old food pieces on the floor. Only 1 towel and 1 washcloth. I went to the front desk and requested the room be cleaned on Monday. It was Tuesday before they showed up Only took my towels and left nothing did not clean floors or toilet. It was not the best experience due to the housekeeping.

    The lack of cleanliness alone is enough to make this hotel unacceptable, but the indifference from staff made it worse. It’s clear that management has either completely given up or simply doesn’t care. This property is an embarrassment to the Hilton name. For the rate they charge, you’d expect at least basic cleanliness and professionalism — neither of which exist here. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay elsewhere. This place is trash.

    The room was not clean. The gym door was broken and therefore the gym not accessible. The shower did not have a soap dispenser.
