Rooms are generally clean and well maintained, location is good with access to 49 & 59. Bar service is great when Alex or Abby are there and they are super friendly and attentive.

Honestly I can say nothing but praises for this location especially the wonderful staff at the bar. They were more than welcome and made me feel right at home. One especially stood out I think her name was Alex. She was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be back here.

Like the location, & love how they give cookies.
Rooms are fine.
However, as a diamond member. The customer service is terrible. Which outweighs all the good. They rarely answer the phone. Even canceled my room after booking two nights when I showed up at 3am (according to them it’s policy if I’m not there by 2am) almost left me stranded with nowhere to go..
*Call me dumb but that’s a business getting free money?!* Btw, still charged me for 2 nights..
I’ve stayed here several times, but it’s just always seems like an issue. Brought my wife one night and they wouldn’t add her to the room for the room credit.
To the point I even emailed general manager, & no response 2 weeks later.
If it wasn’t for the location, or part of Hilton.
This place would not do well.
Overall 2 stars.
I do understand I’m a rare case with how my work schedules me, but as the status of “diamond member” and your employees willing to argue with me instead of just answering the phone so I could be checked in earlier. Unacceptable.
**Only after I started recording/ explaining my situation on camera and putting the business on blast was she willing to change her attitude and check me in.
Dealing with other nearby hotels over the last 2 weeks, they’ve had no issue accommodating me checking in at 3am. Again, it’s literally free money.
I’m also no where near their top status.
But will be soon enough.
Not sure if it’s really policy or lazy workers, but this place needs a change before I stay here again.

Very friendly staff, super clean. The bar and restaurant were both excellent, pool was indoor heated and well maintained. The lobby also offers a small market with deli sandwiches, snacks, tv dinners, and beverages that were well stocked. Rooms were spacious and clean very comfortable. Plenty of electric sockets and USB by the bed for CPAP and heldheld electronic charging.

Myron was not only patient, kind, and considerate, but he truly went above and beyond. He was literally running the hotel by himself, as he was the only person assisting every guest who came through the doors. Despite how busy he was, he still took the time to come to my room and help fix the TV.
This young man deserves not only a raise, but also genuine recognition for his outstanding service. Myron, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
