I booked the 1 King 1 Bedroom Suite with a Sofa Bed. The suite itself was quite spacious, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the positive aspects ended there. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable damp, mildewy odor throughout the hotel, accompanied by a faint smell of marijuana that persisted in the hallways and room. It immediately gave the property a neglected feel. Inside the suite, the TV in the bedroom area did not work, and the toilet constantly ran throughout my stay, which was both inconvenient and disruptive. The bathroom also required maintenance the shower/tub drained poorly, and there was heavy calcium buildup on the showerhead, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and appearance. It’s clear the hotel has potential, but it’s in need of more consistent upkeep and deeper cleaning. While the staff’s friendliness was appreciated, the property’s condition and lingering odors made the experience less comfortable than expected. With better attention to maintenance and air quality, this location could be a much stronger option in the future.

The little gym is a Joke the bike is the only thing is working. Yes this has been this way for the 2.5 months. To Top all this we had bedbugs in the first room. Now the staff was good about it and switch our room. I have tried for a month now to Talk with the manager about our lost items to be replaced because of the BEDBUGS, to which she has avoided me. We thank God we have a new place to go soon. I would look for a different place.

No breakfast available which was a surprise, this is the first candlewood we stayed at that didn't have that option. The kitchen had some supplies, again not like other places we stayed. The chef knife handle was broken in usable. The body wash was empty in The shower and the tub looked stained with a dirt ring.
