  I travel a lot for work, and have stayed at many hotels in those travels. I wasn't expecting much when I got here, but wow was I pleasantly surprised! Christy was at the front desk when I got here, and was awesome to talk with. They were able to answer many questions I had about the area, and were even able to help me figure out some things to do in the area while I was staying here. I am disabled, and they were able to get me a room that was close to my vehicle so I didn't have to travel as far. They were pleasant to work with, and even got the approval of my dog that was traveling with me. I almost hated having to leave so I could get to my room to relax in. The room I got was amazing, and now I have something to compare other hotels to. It was set up like an apartment for me. I work remotely in my travels, and the room had a huge desk to work from that allowed me to get set up quickly with. The room was very well kept up, clean, and while it was a hot day outside, the AC's inside of it kept me nice and cool. The cabinets had dishes, and utensils, to use if needed. I've stayed at 5 star hotels that didn't offer these amenities. I have more than once found myself using paper plates in a hotel that cost a small fortune to stay at. The rates here were very reasonable for what came with the room. This hotel is located within a short distance of many restaurants, gas stations, and other services. It's also not far from the heart of Hattiesburg without being overwhelmed by it. While it's fairly close to the interstate, I really didn't hear any traffic noise from the room. There is an on site gym, an outdoor pavilion with a grill, and tons of parking. Every one of the staff that I met was super friendly, and great to speak with. As mentioned earlier, I travel with my dog, and the fact that they are welcome to pets is another wonderful aspect of this hotel. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for this hotel name in my future travels.

  Service was lackluster. We checked in after 5 and they struggled to find a clean room for us. The front desk crew was busy doing alterations to a jacket and figuring out a cigarette run. We were then woken up before 9 by housekeeping on the day of checkout. The bathroom was disgusting. Cracks between the tub and wall, gross shower curtain, mildew around all fixtures. There was a large crack in the window, and we were in a ground floor room, which was concerning. The desk area was coming off the wall, and there was an extra panel shoved under the TV, and there were many food/drink stains on one of the comforters. For the price, there are definitely better options available. I recommend looking elsewhere if staying in Hattiesburg.

  Decent place, but not top-of-the-line. The person at the front desk was really sweet, but the printer was having issues.
