- NGNicole Giles2 days ago5.0Great price, great location. Wasn't the one who booked but stayed with my cousin who did. Happy to sa she picked a great hotel! The lady who checked us in and was there thru the night was the sweetest, lady with the cutest southern accent lol. I think her name was Mel or Melanie? Or something else with a M like that. We'd book again just to talk to her! 🤣 ( If we ever come back to the south anyway! Thanks for the comfy night sleep!

"I gave my staff lysol to spray and kill the germs in the bathroom." I'll wager they don't kill c diff and e coli. Electrical outlet didn't work. No phone hookup in room to call desk. Lighting everywhere dim and dark but cutsie. Loud at night and early in am. I only have 3 requirements: safe, clean, quiet. Did not meet my needs.

The water for sinks and shower have given me a rash and acne all over especially my face. Breakfast is not great. The bacon is thinner than paper and the texture was weird. I stay here 3 yrs ago and these problems didn't exist. BW you need to do better!
