  No handsoap in toilet to wash after using it. Was told by 2 different people that one has to use the body wash in the shower. REALLY! HOW UNSANITARY!!! "I gave my staff lysol to spray and kill the germs in the bathroom." I'll wager they don't kill c diff and e coli. Electrical outlet didn't work. No phone hookup in room to call desk. Lighting everywhere dim and dark but cutsie. Loud at night and early in am. I only have 3 requirements: safe, clean, quiet. Did not meet my needs.

  Clean and friendly staff at check in. Hoping breakfast will be just as good. Comfy beds. Quiet atmosphere

  August 2025 Checking in was a long, annoying process but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Safe parking lot. Wonderful front desk workers.

  The smell is overpowering and disgusting in the lobby and elevators. Had a roach in my bathroom. The water for sinks and shower have given me a rash and acne all over especially my face. Breakfast is not great. The bacon is thinner than paper and the texture was weird. I stay here 3 yrs ago and these problems didn't exist. BW you need to do better!

  For those like me who read through the reviews to get a feel for how bad it may actually be, let me tell you to go ahead and NOT book here. I’ve stayed here several times in the past and felt it was a good stay with fair rates if you were looking to budget. Something must have happened in the last couple of years because this room was miserable to stay in. Let me say this, the staff were lovely and no problems there at all! However, the room itself was horrendous. I may as well have stayed in a ratty motel. The second we walked in it was stale and the air was shockingly oppressive. The air was completely turned off and the thermostat was very much torn up. Thankfully after much finagling, we were able to turn it on and drop the temp. I wish that was the last of the woes. One wall was shoddily patched and was quite the eyesore (not a huge issue but one to note). Pretty much all the walls and all of the furniture were damaged,and on their last legs. The tv stand literally was destroyed at both bottom corners and the pieces left on the floor. That doesn’t bode well for the room being vacuumed prior to our arrival. The night stand had a broken drawer so instead of actually fixing this, they decided to put a wadded tissue paper tucked into the top of the drawer to keep it shut. Also had used napkins inside and a gob of gunk on top of the stand. The light switches for the bed were literally falling out of the wall (seems safe.) the light fixtures flickered and were disgusting. The curtains would not close all the way. The walls had stains and chunks out in various places. The bathroom had mold all over and the ceiling was bubbling from moisture damage. The pipes made very concerning sounds each time we used the sink. Dust was everywhere and you can see this on the walls easily. Again, another evidence that they likely did not clean before our arrival or just did the very, very bare minimum. Overall, avoid because we were sick the whole stay thanks to this room—eyes swollen, sinuses stuffed, coughing, headaches. Literally woke up every morning with swollen eyelids and puffy faces. Just pay a little more and go to any other hotel. They’re no longer worth the money and would not respond to attempts to contact to discuss compensation.
