- KJKeith JoslinDec 29, 20252.0I e arrived to a uncleared room the night staff was great and switched rooms. The bed was comfortable. And that’s where the good ends. There was very little for breakfast, staff was on their phone griping about making the breakfast and the other staff were on their phones watching videos. And this was at 8:30 am. Definitely will not use them again. And the coffee was colored water!

For an establishment that has been open for about 2.5-3 years, the room looks like it already needs a good pick me up. A border tike in the bathroom is detaching from the wall, the toilet doesn't seem to be balance/attached to the g loor properly so it has a little wiggle. Definitely a no frills establushment. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and quickly responsive to questions and requests. There are plenty of eateries to choose from in the area. Update: The staff changed our room which was in much better condition. Really good team here.

The little conventional store they have for individual cup of noodles and hot pockets were very convenient. The biggest thing that I love about this hotel versus a lot of other hotels are Avid hotel has no carpet in hotel room. The huge shower head was great. Overall would recommend this hotel and book from here again the next time im in the area.
