  Booked a week in advance. Have the itinerary showing the booking. Show up… and they don’t have a room for the full stay. Apparently there was some attempt to call around on their behalf to find a hotel that could accommodate a week long stay. I ended up doing it myself. The front desk staff seemed ill equipped to handle the situation….. that they created. Simply disappointing. Response….. or you could had honored the reservation to begin with and not created the situation to begin with…. Do better.

  Horrible place to stay. Management is terrible. Corporate is worse. Poor girl at the front desk is the only one who seems to enjoy her job. Breakfast lady made stank face at everyone and act like she didn’t want to be there. Manager “Felecia” is rude and ignorant. Housekeeper busted into our room AFTER check in “because front desk didn’t tell me someone check in”. Bring back customer service.

  I e arrived to a uncleared room the night staff was great and switched rooms. The bed was comfortable. And that’s where the good ends. There was very little for breakfast, staff was on their phone griping about making the breakfast and the other staff were on their phones watching videos. And this was at 8:30 am. Definitely will not use them again. And the coffee was colored water!
