  As a frequent Flier with Best Western, This Hotel was one of the cleanest and had the best amanitas so far. Breakfast is a true full breakfast and was well prepared. Thanks Staff, Jimmie

  Upon check in the reservationist informed us the hotel was under renovation. Thats fine. We noticed one of the outlets didn't work and we didn't mind. The TV was either SUPER loud or really quiet so we couldn't leave it on at night. The AC was also one extreme or the other. At 75 degrees it felt like it was 50 in the room. We had to turn the heat on but then 75 felt like the amazon jungle. Usually I wouldn't leave a review like this but the final straw was breakfast. We arrived at 8:58 and were turned away. We didn't know that they stopped serving at 9 and there were people still getting stuff to eat. Yet when I strolled up I was told no. Then the lady tried to make it better by saying go ahead and grab a waffle. I'm good. I'll never stay here again. Save your money and go across the street to the Hilton.

  My experience at this place was terrible. I was booked a room and it appeared to be stay friendly after minutes of looking around it was numerous things wrong with the room the shower was filthy the rooms smells and after i came back to the front desk to ask for a refund i was told by Brittany the manger i couldn’t get a refund. I wasn’t even in the room a good thirty minutes was told to look around and see if i liked the room and if i had any issues she would resolve it.. its a no go a really terrible place to stop and stay. Note to mention the nightstand won’t stay closed.

  I have never had an issue at this hotel before until 3/20.26 today. Kristian who staged as the manager was so disrespectful and rude. I believe I was racially profiled here!

  I stay at a hotel nearly every week for work and I dread the check in/out process, but this is one of the few hotels I'd be happy to stay at again. Melanie was one of the kindest and most professional front desk clerks I've met so far, she felt very approachable and really set a great tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were clean and neat, and the breakfast was satisfying. I'd absolutely stay here again if Melanie was working and I was able to get the same room!
