  Losing two stars because the bed in 705 is like sleeping on a rock. I spent 3 nights there and barely slept the entire time because of it. Otherwise the facility is nice enough, ac works great, hot tub was enjoyable. But I rely on a reasonable bed to actually enjoy my hotel stays.

  The marquee outside the hotel states "all new rooms", they are not. The room looked like it was out of the 70's or 80's. Turquoise walls, brown rug(which had seen better days) and brown countertops in the bathroom area. Not a very "new room". There were also stains on the wall and paint chipped off the door.

  We were in town for a concert at the Coliseum and found this place kinda last minute. Reviews looked good compared to other locations closer to the venue so I booked. First, both the young ladies at check in were super sweet and personable. We talked about the events going on in the area and that they had sold out every room. I asked about our restaurant we had booked for dinner and they told how great it was. They weren't lying!! We had a great meal at Salute. We had our elderly dog with us and they were accommodating for her to which we were thankful. Second, the property itself was very clean. No litter around the building or any of that. The pool looked well maintained even though it was too cold to use It felt very safe for me to walk the dog by myself in the evening. On to the room itself. It smelled of cleaning product when we walked in which was a pleasant sign. The rooms are very nice and the paint choices are very calm and inviting. It was definitely much nicer than expected. I give them a 5/5 for everything. We will definitely be booking again when visiting Biloxi or Gulfport area.

  I would have gave it five stars because we always stay there and the rooms are always very nice! But this last time we stayed my husband left with the luggage cart to take it back down to the front. I went over and got some Kleenex and blew my nose and went to throw it in the garbage can under the sink. It was a fresh garbage liner but there was a used condom & cellophane from a pack of cigarettes sitting on top 🤔 hmmm! Made me wonder about the sheets? The room was all tidy but you know how things go through your head, wondering? That was not cool! Other than that we would stay again but they need to check that, seems someone had some fun cleaning the room?

  Great stay, greater service! Very clean room and bathroom, quality linens, hot complimentary breakfast with a good selection of fresh items. Safe and quiet at night besides being near busy road. Most impressive yet was the friendliness of the staff. One hour after checking out I realized I left my watch in the room. I called the hotel, and the front desk clerk immediately told me how to arrange a Fedex shipping. My watch is now being mailed to my home. Forever grateful!
