  Amazing hotel. My wife and I LOVED the breakfast, the room, and the hot tub! Our best trip yet!

  You get your money’s worth. Spacious and clean room. It comes with a free breakfast buffet highly recommend the chicken, bacon, and fresh pancakes. Kim, the buffet manager, has been very lovely and attentive, no need to worry about the refills and cleanliness.

  The first room we were given was disgusting… smelled musty and had hair all in the bathroom floor around the toilet and shower area We opened the door between the room next to us and it had mold all down the door… GROSS! Went back to the front desk and asked for a different room and next room same situation! Stunk and was dirty! Do NOT recommend!!!

  This has to be one of the worst Best Westerns I have ever stayed. Expect nothing as thats what you will get. When we arrived we asked for.2 extra pillows and an extra blanket and were told No because housekeeping had already left...huh? There wasnt one person on property that could get those? Even from one of the many rooms they had vacant? Nope! We also asked for a late checkout and we told "we dont do.that!"...not even for members? Wow. Lady working front desk on weekend mornings had an attitude and didnt seem to want to be bothered. Bathroom toilet kept running all night, TV was on the fritz, vanity light is very dim and the hot tub button in the room kept coming off. Also the pool/hotub area was locked the entire time 👎. Its also right underneath the direct path for plane landing at the airport. Thankfully flights are not ALL day as this hotel has no soundproofing whatsoever. I wasnt going to leave a review but the NO LATE CHECKOUT was the last straw. Especially for a hotel that was running at probably 15% capacity...IF THAT! I would definitely look for orher options for hotels when in Gulport MS. I hope you do better Gulfport Best Western...but we will not be back to find out though

  We checked in at 630 and at approximately 730 a large group of people arrived at the pool deck with loud music and a DJ. When we called the front desk about the issue, we requested that we be relocated to the other side of the hotel, away from the disturbance. This is the only thing that should have been required. We were told that security did not come on shift until 8:00pm and there was nothing they could do until then. We were also told that we could not relocate and that, "You have touched the room". Given no other option, we packed our belongings and went to the front desk and turned in our key at 8:05pm. After that, the person at the front desk said, "But I could have moved you". By then we have already vacated the room based on the original refusal. After 100,s of nights in Best Western hotels across the world, this is the first time I have ever had to complain about a room or the service. And when we contacted hotel management they informed us that their people told them that the disturbance could not be substantiated
