He helped up get the luggage cart in after we got our things on it (we were traveling with a baby so we had a lot of stuff.) He was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I think the hotel just got taken over and redone so there was no fridge in the room we stayed in but he offered to let us use the kitchen fridge for whatever we needed. We travel through about once a year and will be staying again. The room was very clean, smelled good and the bed was very comfortable.

Also the night worker at 4am brought my wife and I the game Uno as we were drinking coffee in the lobby as we couldn't sleep (not due to mattress). However, the rooms are a story of what could have been. We had to switch rooms right away because our room was dirty. Turns out it hadn't been cleaned but they accidentally put us into it. The new room was better but still could be better. I don't blame the cleaning workers, I think they need better equipment. Better vacuums and a better mop for bathroom floor. Our refrigerator didn't get cold just cool'ish. Beds were comfy and NO BUGS! Wish the pool would have been open. My advice to management, you have good workers, it's your equipment and systems that failed.
