- KFkatie flores2 days ago1.0I booked and was told by family friend who stayed there a day or two prior to my arrival that it was infested by roaches and they had to leave the hotel. Upon knowing this I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. So I called Before I checked in to let them know and I needed to cancel. They told me I had to call my 3rd party where i booked through. Now the next day there’s no record of me calling so I’m a no show and won’t refund me or cancel the booking. 3rd party says they will need the manager to call me but the manager “isn’t” there. Won’t tell me the name of the manager. Overall terrible experience over the phone.

Room beds are comfortable, complementary coffee at a kiosk in the lobby . Four electric vehicle charge stations . Access to the room indoor also outside. all around great hotel.
