He had front desk to call my room after he gave me $30 off the room. And i paid $172. The front desk was the one told me to book online
- MBMisty BoydFeb 6, 20261.0They advertise they have a indoor/ outdoor pool. Once we arrived the suppose to be inside pool was posted closed for the season. This was a new one for me for an inside pool. The Bed was made up with two sheets with a throw blanket in the middle of the sheets. The heat wasn't working properly. Once I talked to the manager he was rude and stated that the room had a new unit didn't try to come and see for himself. Ask about more blankets he was very hesitant about give extra throw blankets. Horrible experience. First and last time staying and I will also be letting my job know who contracted the rooms for our company to find another place they have false advertising. Highly disappointed. Don't forget the bugs in the room that bite.

- TKTopsy KrettDec 2, 20252.0Rooms are large, but bathroom floor had some dirt and hairs. The actual furnishings look relatively updated and in good shape. If you want a room that doesn't open to the outside like a motel you have to use stairs since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The worst part of the experience was them not allowing guests to take the free (and not good) breakfast to their rooms. They consider this "takeout" and will try to charge you $15-$20. This is not a thing at any hotel I've stayed at in all my years, but apparently every little corner they cut helps their bottom line. This hotel was standard price for the star level.
