- TKTopsy KrettDec 2, 20252.0Rooms are large, but bathroom floor had some dirt and hairs. The actual furnishings look relatively updated and in good shape. If you want a room that doesn't open to the outside like a motel you have to use stairs since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The worst part of the experience was them not allowing guests to take the free (and not good) breakfast to their rooms. They consider this "takeout" and will try to charge you $15-$20. This is not a thing at any hotel I've stayed at in all my years, but apparently every little corner they cut helps their bottom line. This hotel was standard price for the star level.
- KFkatie floresNov 22, 20251.0I booked and was told by family friend who stayed there a day or two prior to my arrival that it was infested by roaches and they had to leave the hotel. Upon knowing this I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. So I called Before I checked in to let them know and I needed to cancel. They told me I had to call my 3rd party where i booked through. Now the next day there’s no record of me calling so I’m a no show and won’t refund me or cancel the booking. 3rd party says they will need the manager to call me but the manager “isn’t” there. Won’t tell me the name of the manager. Overall terrible experience over the phone.
