Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean; however my husband left his belt there. He called about it and they put it up for him. He went back to get it but they could not find it. That was over a month ago. The general manager, Trina, stated she would call but we are still waiting on her call. The answer she continues to give is “they are looking for it.” It seems we are being given the run around. No one cares enough that it’s someone else’s hard earned money that paid for the belt. After a month of looking with no return calls it is either taken or missing, perhaps if it was something of theirs they would take it more seriously
