  Minutes from my delivery spot. Rooms were very clean. Staff members were polite and courteous. Breakfast the next morning rivaled any restaurant.

  I had an exceptional experience thanks to Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Sandra. I was in Greenville due to a family emergency, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. That level of genuine care and superb customer service is rare to find. They were the first person i seen in the mornings which set the positive tone for my day. This will always be my place to stay whenever I’m in Greenville. I also highly recommend checking out the restaurant across the street, No Way Jose, it’s fantastic! Thanks Ms. Rhonda & Ms. Sandra you both Rock!

  Ran down hotel bathtub was stained and gross very disappointed i expect more from a holiday inn. The only plus was some of staff was really nice. They were so nice I couldn't even complain to them about our stay on november 30 2025. It wasn't their fault this comes from management and or owners to have such a run down place

  The bed sheets and comforters had stains on them. There was hair in the beds and the shower. The water was brown. Room was not real clean. We had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and no backup. We were only here overnight so it was ok. The AC was set at 65 and we couldn’t get it to change but discovered it is no longer controlled by thermostat. So our error. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
