- GSGinny StopaOct 26, 20252.0The bed sheets and comforters had stains on them. There was hair in the beds and the shower. The water was brown. Room was not real clean. We had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and no backup. We were only here overnight so it was ok. The AC was set at 65 and we couldn’t get it to change but discovered it is no longer controlled by thermostat. So our error. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I slept on top of my covers fully dressed on the end of the bed. Couldn't sleep on the couch because it was so nasty and smelled. I wouldn't recommend this location.

The internet sucks, service is horrible and we also had to pretty much beg for towels. We were booked for a week so I’m guessing they didn’t think we would shower.

After work, I returned back to my room and still no towels and soap in the shower which is completely unacceptable. The lady at the front desk was very rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention, the water is already dark brown, no soap, and the audacity to charge $789 for these overpriced rooms. Again, I still have not received any towels or soap and it is 5:52p. I will also be reaching out to corporate as well as the BBB to file additional complaints.

The culture of their workplace is what makes this hotel GREAT. Thank you to everyone who was kind and genuine during our stay!
