I was in Greenville due to a family emergency, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. That level of genuine care and superb customer service is rare to find. They were the first person i seen in the mornings which set the positive tone for my day. This will always be my place to stay whenever I’m in Greenville. I also highly recommend checking out the restaurant across the street, No Way Jose, it’s fantastic! They were so nice I couldn't even complain to them about our stay on november 30 2025. It wasn't their fault this comes from management and or owners to have such a run down place

We had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and no backup. We were only here overnight so it was ok. The AC was set at 65 and we couldn’t get it to change but discovered it is no longer controlled by thermostat. So our error. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
- GGGambinoOct 2, 20251.0The only good thing about this hotel is the staff and breakfast. The rooms are filthy, sheets and towels not clean, mold, and it has a horrible smell. I slept on top of my covers fully dressed on the end of the bed. Couldn't sleep on the couch because it was so nasty and smelled. I wouldn't recommend this location.
