We started out late on our trip to Alabama and needed to get some rest. So glad that we did. The customer service was awesome and the breakfast the next morning was awesome. Definitely saved this location if we ever needed to stay again.

To say the least, our stay was comfortable. The staff is extremely nice. The only issues genuinely came from the room. For over $150/night, the issues did not make sense. To begin, our first room was on the second floor. Upon entry it smelled very strong of mildew. Thankfully the front desk was able to give us a new room on the other end of the hall. In the new room we were greeted with a lady bug infestation. We killed many live ones but there was also an excess amount dead on the carpet by the AC. Even some smashed on the wall that had never been cleaned.
I tried to shower around 9 pm. No hot water. I guess I picked a bad time?
Upon check out, we brought up the lady bug issue, before we could finish our sentence, the lady cut us off to say “The ladybugs.. Yeah I’m sorry it’s because of the trees and the woods”. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with an issue such as over 20 lady bugs in tue hotel room because they’re coming in from the AC.
