  We chose to stay here based on previous reviews and the fact it had been newly renovated. However, we must have been in a room that was still in transition or had been missed. The shower was in bad shape. Turned it to hot and the shower was freezing so I turned it to cold and got hot water. There was water damage in the ceiling and the light for the shower was out. The room light in the ceiling was flickering a lot so we didn’t use it, just lamps. We stayed in a “suite” but the space felt like there were things missing. We were only passing through on a very long drive, and were just there to rest and move on, otherwise we would have switched hotels or at least rooms. We checked in around 7:00 pm and there was very little staff. The morning front desk crew seemed much friendlier.

  Terribly disappointed in this once good hotel. Stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. But on this last stay, the hallway from my room to the elevator was filthy and the carpet was not vacuumed either of the days that I stayed. The floor in the front lobby was dirty and nobody cleaned it either day that I was there to boot! As an IHG Platinum elite, I expect better of this hotel and certainly have had better in the past. The rooms could use an update, but when the rest of the hotel is filthy, it wouldn't matter if the rooms were updated or not.

  Very friendly staff, plenty of parking, easy check-in, clean room, good continental breakfast and easy checkout. Lots of restaurants close and very close to downtown.

  Front desk clerks were amazing, friendly ladies. Super quiet hotel. Very clean and comfortable!

  During my stay the rooms were pretty decent except the toilets were not cleaned properly. They were very dirty in 2 out of 3 rooms during my stay. Also, 1 of the 2 rooms had a loose faucet in the tub which caused most of the water to leak down around the chrome fixture instead of out the shower head. I also had issues with attitudes from some of the front desk staff. I just don't feel it takes an attitude to talk to a guest to get your point across. Also, during my last stay in the 3rd room one of the hinges that keeps the toilet lid in place was broken. Also when I reported a lot of noise coming from my next door neighbor, excuses were made instead of being prompt to resolve the issue with my family and I being disturbed by loud noises from their room door during the early morning of quiet hours. I will report this to corporate or a higher up authority. Hopefully justice will be served. The only thing that I adored mainly is the area of the hotel and the nice overnight staff that meet my kids and I always with a warm smile, welcoming nature, great conversation, and a zest for accommodation because she knew where I loved to park. This warmed my heart to know that someone could care so much. I don't remember her name but she had braids and at least one gold tooth. Thanks to her 💛
