- YAYour Final Choice AgencyOct 1, 20255.0my wife and I normally stay at a Holiday Inn Express and this one is one of the best ones we stayed at. there were a couple of incidents when we initially went into our room but they were quickly handled. the hotel was located right near where I needed to go. we never had to get back on 55 with all the construction and work they do on the road. the rooms were clean, they had everything we needed breakfast was great, restaurants are close by Walmart was closed by Dollar Tree was closed by we had all that we wanted for breakfast we got to do everything we need to do this trip.

- RCRebecca CarrAug 15, 20251.0Very disappointing experience at this location. Neither of the outlets for the usb plug by the bed worked. When I called the front desk I was informed that there were no maintenance available to service the room. I asked to be switched to another room and was told there were no more King rooms available. I stated that I was fine being moved into a double bed. They said they would only move me to a double bed if I was charged an additional price. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one on duty. I asked for corporates number and was told they are individually owned and not connected to a corporation. I went online and found a number. A reference number was started for the complaint and they called the front desk. When they returned to the line they said that the front desk would contact me. Front desk called and again told me that they would not switch my room without charging me more or fix the issues in my room. The phone to contact front desk barely worked making it very hard to hear the person on the other line. And additionally there was a huge stain on the carpet and mold in the bathroom.
