  If you are allergic to MOLD 🤢 🤒 🤮 DO NOT STAY HERE!!! For starters when you walk into the establishment the brick wall of MOLDY MILDEWY SMELL knocks you off your feet 🐾 now be it as it may over all it looks clean 🫧. The young lady at the desk was friendly enough until my husband had to have her change our room!!! Now we stayed 2 days the first day was bad... the first room had a VERY HEAVY SMELL OF MOLD AND MILDEW so we asked to change rooms!! What did we do that for the 2nd room was even worse first it wasn't clean 🫧 then the mold and mildew smell was just as bad but we had a whole new stank to deal with!! By the head of the bed 🛏️ it smelled like vomit 🤮🤢🤮 with the mixture of the sickly pee I have ever smelt!!! Who ever peed there really needs to see a DOCTOR 💊!!! Now that's NOT what the worst part is....I called the IHG website to inform them of the condition of hotel that is being represented on their website and they quickly told me to contact the hotel itself!!! So I did, now mind you my visit was November 23rd - 25th 2025, I was given a case # and told someone would be back in contact with me within 48 hours, I am STILL WAITING!!! I have been to the hospital twice since this visit both times with pneumonia once having to be intubated and the just mass dosing antibiotics. I have since called and left messages with the case # but STILL NO ONE has called back!!!🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ So I guess they have left me no choice but to contact a lawyer what do you think??? 🤔 🤔

  This hotel was hard to find even with Google maps. Service was cold, condescending and not helpful. Big difference from the previous night in Guthrie Oklahoma. Really? The price was way more than Gutlhrie as well. When I asked about it, I was told it has to do with room availability. Seems unfair that a Rewards member can't count on consistent rates. They ended up charging my card $200.00! I think k I'll switch back to Best Western.

  This hotel is a wonderful example of what a Holiday Inn should be: Safe, clean facility with impeccably clean and comfortable rooms with a breakfast available with a number of tasty options. Staff here is above average and works together to maintain comfort and safety for all guests.

  We stayed here December 12. The people who worked here were very friendly. I found the lobby to be dated , but that was ok. Our room was quite disappointing. We debated about the sheets as to whether they were dirty or stained and decided stains ( unacceptable) the bathroom door would not stay closed. The faucet handle came off. Even in a hotel that screens for a remodel this place needs to pay attention to the rooms much better. Never Again!!!
