Room was very clean and comfortable 👌 Private Jacuzzi tub in our Presidetial Suite. We booked our reservation specifically looking forward to the indoor pool and the hot tub amenities. We checked in and front desk told us when we were ready for the pool come down and they would get us set up. Once we unpacked and got settled we called front desk and the pool is under maintenance. BUMMER... Disappointed but im still making the best of it and ill enjoy a long hot bath in the jacuzzi.

"Sweetheart" at the front desk is rude. Sarcasm isn't the best way to respond to people. Her job is to check people in & give them their receipts. You're a business & have to provide people with that.

Do not clean rooms daily. If you need towels you have to go get from desk. Furniture broken ( leaning fridge, leaning ironing board). Sink leaking and no one would come fix it. Cost is high for poor MOTEL not hotel. Pictures very deceiving.

I absolutely love this hotel when traveling to North Mississippi. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is sensational. The front desk attendant Terrence Webb is really great at his job and makes every guest feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.
