  The owner knew when we visit we enjoy the heated pool for my autistic grandson. Recognizing our reservations his staff called ahead of time to inform us the heater was in the process of getting repaired. The breakfast area is always spotless and the food is always hot and inviting . I'm always impressed with the service of all the employees.

  This wasn't at all as advertised. Maybe I just got a bad room and attendant, but this has gotta be the worst inn I've stayed at. The walls are incredibly thin, cobwebs were in the corner, the door is noticably askew letting light inside and is just overall disappointing from what I was expecting from what I saw online. I talked to the receptionist (the only worker I saw) and was very rude, like I was interrupting her on her own time. The place as a whole feels run down, like it hasn't had proper care in a long time. If I'd known this is what I'd be dealing with sooner, I would've booked elsewhere.

  My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected from the Best Western brand. Upon entering the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor. The condition of the furniture and bedding was unacceptable. The sheets were dingy and had visible holes in them, and the sofa had multiple cigarette burn holes. Due to the unsanitary and poor condition of the room, I felt uncomfortable staying and ultimately left the hotel after the first night. In addition to the unacceptable room conditions, I was also overcharged. My stay should have totaled $376.00, but I was charged $451.22 on my debit card. I was never given a clear explanation of these additional charges. I also left a $100 cash deposit at check-in. When I attempted to resolve this issue with staff and requested to speak with a supervisor, the individual who came to assist me stated that he was the highest supervisor available but refused to provide his name and he yelled at me I had to ask him to bring his tone down. He was unable or unwilling to explain the charges on my account, and I did not receive the assistance I requested. This establishment is not designed to accommodate family vacations or business travelers seeking a traditional hotel experience. Instead, it primarily serves guests who require short-term or extended stays under different arrangements. The property typically offers options for monthly rentals, which may be more suitable for individuals looking for temporary lodging or flexible accommodations. Guests planning family trips, business travel, or longer conventional hotel stays may wish to consider other establishments that better cater to those needs. Please be aware of this before making a reservation to ensure the accommodations align with your expectations and travel purposes. This experience reflects very poorly on the Best Western brand.

  We stayed at this Hotel because it was conveniently close to the Air Force Base were my son is stationed. The reviews were good but after we stayed here for 4 days it was not what we expected. The shower and bathroom sink were getting continually clogged. The TV didn’t worked for 2 days and the phone in the room wasn’t working at all. The noise from the trucks park outside and near the hotel keeps waking us up. Also, the bathroom vent was making a noise so loud that we have to close the door to minimize the noise. Two positive things I can mentioned. The personnel were extremely courteous and attentive and the breakfast was pretty good. I will definitely “Not” stay at this Hotel ever again. 👎👎👎👎

  Room was very clean and comfortable 👌 Private Jacuzzi tub in our Presidetial Suite. We booked our reservation specifically looking forward to the indoor pool and the hot tub amenities. We checked in and front desk told us when we were ready for the pool come down and they would get us set up. Once we unpacked and got settled we called front desk and the pool is under maintenance. BUMMER... Disappointed but im still making the best of it and ill enjoy a long hot bath in the jacuzzi.
