    It wasn’t horrible but some suspicious stuff went down. At first glance the room looked clean but later I found lots of hair on the ground and all in one of the towels. I suggest vacuuming more and doing a better job washing the towels. And the final straw was them sending a picture of a completely ruined pillowcase after I left blaming it on me. It looked as if someone stepped all over it. I never saw a stained pillowcase so I don’t know what’s going on. More cleanliness is definitely needed.

    Hotel was clean, service friendly. Room is large and comfortable. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom is well appointed. Breakfast was average. Yummy cinnamon rolls!

    First day of a 5 day stay. The bad so far..no acknowledgement of IHG member. Just sign paperwork and there's the elevator. This hotel does not allow guest to charge marketplace items to the room. This is not the first time I have seen this, but very rarely. Plus, no receipt for Marketplace purchases(they don't take cash). As a business traveler, I have to have a receipt for all my purchases during business travel. I usually spend a few $ each week at Marketplace. Not here. Bad business decision. Good...Room is nice and updated. Clean..smells good. We'll see how the rest of the week plays out.

    James inquired about my stay, and I provided him with a detailed account of the inconveniences and discomforts I experienced. My initial impression of the hotel, upon arriving at approximately 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning, was highly unfavorable. The front desk was unattended, and the employee on duty appeared to be asleep under the surveillance camera positioned near the entrance doors. As I explained to James, the employee was awakened only by the sound of the doors opening as I entered. Shortly after I left the property, James called me—less than two minutes after I drove away—to dispute my account. He stated that he had reviewed the cameras and could not validate any of my observations. The call came across as argumentative and dismissive of my concerns. Overall, my stay was unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and left me with a very negative impression of the hotel.
