Hotel staff said no more rooms available at all didn’t even ask what kind of room we needed well the website showed they had 3 rooms available for two queen beds. Honestly not even mad at them for that after looking at the other reviews they did us a favor. Booked at Hampton down the street and rooms are perfect after what looks like a remodel. Beds are super comfy and highly recommend! Thanks to the hotel staff at holiday inn for making sure we dodged a bullet 😆
- LDLatoya DortchDec 2, 20251.0Stayed here this past Thanksgiving weekend (2025) and woke up and my husbands truck was stolen. Apparently they don't have cameras on that side of the hotel which is very concerning there should be cameras around the whole entire hotel. Very upsetting
- XWxotchil WNov 23, 20251.0Ok where to start. Room #109-Our bed had a HUGE dip in the middle. I mean we rolled into it. I had to sleep on the edge. Smh. The topper had holes. What exactly did I pay for? At breakfast the drink machine was broken, the tables & seats had not been cleaned after use. Just very disappointing over all. And the walls are very, very thin. I come to Canton once a year & have stayed here many times, but I doubt I'll ever stay here again.
