    Horrible front desk experience because I declined to have the person copy my drivers license. I offered it to verify I was who I was but was told I couldn't stay there if I didn't let them xerox my license as I had fraud problems in the past. I was told aanager could not be contacted at that time of 7pm, but the staff then did as I began calls to Best Western 800# for assistance since I now had no place to stay. The manager apparently was fine with me not having my license copied. Once on room, toilet seat was visibly broken and toilet was not bolted to floor and moved when I used it! This was a handicap room. Just horrible. Also room smelled and tub was unclean.

    Checked in and immediately found a roach clinging to a bed spread, snapped a pic and scooped it up in a Kleenex and to the trash, showed pic to my the clerk whom made a note of it and we were moved to another room which appeared to be OK? Rest of stay was good. Recently noticed poor maintenance at several BW’s we have stayed at lately and becoming disappointed.
