- POPatrick Ortego3 days ago1.0I am a highly upset with how my reservation was handled, I am a igh member. I booked a reservation a couple of days ago a double room cause we heading up there for the weekend cause my wife's kid had a baby. The hotel calls me today and tells me they overbooked the rooms with a church group and all they have is king rooms. So I asked being I had a double room and all they have is singles could they put me in two kings instead. She told me I can pay for two king rooms if I would like but they can't give me a room. They waited till the last minute to tell me this, the lady said her name was Brittany. The least they could of done is put me in two rooms being this put me in a huge bind and it was all because they over booked and told me last minute.

Also the pillows had a strange smell. Otherwise the staff were amazing and everything was really clean. I was impressed with the breakfast options.

Shout out to the manager (a gentleman), the continental breakfast crew (I actually looked forward to breakfast), Cicely (a very friendly face of the hotel) and TaWanda (a very helpful and gracious attendant).
