  The place was ok the sheets were clean but the mattress needed to be thrown in the dumpster. I noticed a couple things that needed a little attention like cleaning behind the mattress between the headboard and one of the things I always check. The AC filters were dirty. The lady who checked us in was polite and efficient. I did see a bug but I don’t think it was a roach. I would stay again . With a little attention to details this could be a really nice place to stay.They don’t offer a free breakfast and I didn’t try the restaurant .

  This was my home away from home for several days over a 5 week period. The ONLY reason I kept going back was because of the front desk ladies who are absolute rockstars. The rooms are roomy but nothing to write home about. They were clean most of the time and the clerks went above and beyond to make sure I got a clean room after a bad experience. Service is getting a 3 star because of the hotel restaurant because those people do not show up for work and have breakfast waiting for guests who have prepaid for breakfast. Then you call to complain to a manager about the things that are wrong, and she doesn't call you back. She also does not have a voicemail set up for an actual voicemail to be left. Literally, if not for the front desk ladies, I would not have kept going back to this place. Lots of room for improvement throughout the hotel.

  They had no coffee makers in the lobby with creamer so that was disappointing but everything else was great!

  My husband and I stayed at this hotel from March 3rd 2026 to March 15th 2026. Last name Shealy. We were there for work Kudos to the following staff members….MaShunda, Savannah, Madison, Kristen, Shawna and a number of housekeepers whose names I did not attain. All wonderful people! Completely accommodating to all of my husbands and my needs. The hotel itself def needs some attention. Cleanliness and over filled garbage cans were an issue. There is no where to sit outside. No outside patio or grill. So that was disappointing.With exception of pool which wasn’t open due to the season. The breakfast is nothing to get excited about. We were there for almost two weeks and the breakfast did not change at all. It was the same breakfast items day in and day out. With the exception of cheesy grits two days out of our almost two week stay that def needs to change ,especially at a 12.99 plus tax charge for the breakfast. It is not free. U have to give people different options especially for the workers that are coming there for an extended stay. It was very disappointing Upon arriving the washers and dryers were out of order, they did get them serviced the last three days out of our stay. They really need to keep up on that guests depend on the washers and dryers especially when they are staying long term, who wants to go out to a laundry mat after working 13 hrs days/ nights? They come home filthy, hunger and exhausted! Keep in mind these workers are essential in making this country run!! Point blank period. The fitness room was filthy and the disinfectant wipes completely dried out. How are we suppose to wipe down the machines we use before and after use? To prevent the spread of germs. Believe or not people use these areas. The employee that took care of that room was out sick. . Well my suggestion would be to delegate someone else to do it while they are out sick. I let it go for 4 solid days before saying something and it was taken care of after that. If I didn’t say anything who knows?? They had old menus up that didn’t apply to the restaurant in any way shape or form. I brought it their attention and it was taken care of, same thing if I didn’t say anything who knows how long they would have been up for? They were from before Covid!?!?! I was told. The beds are very uncomfortable. Shower pressure was wonderful. Now last, but not least Dwayne the cook. He is rude and very unpleasant. I greeted him in the morning and he does not respond at all. He has given the girl that works there a hard time about me. I came down there to check things out. Then later I came down to get me and my husband something to eat cause we have paid for it and he leaves too early to reap the benefits. So I get two to go boxes for him and I. Well he threw a fit saying to the girl I was already down there. Well, I was, but it was just to look. Trust me Dwayne it’s nothing special, but it’s something. And Dwayne also said why does she need two to go boxes. Well Dwayne the girls had asked me if I wanted one. So yes it’s my right to get my food and head up to my room. Also, I was having a conversation with one the workers in the restaurant and he made the comment that this wasn’t a hang out. Well Dwayne I wasn’t keeping her from her job, I’m a paying guest staying at this hotel and it is my privilege to talk to whomever I please. I want causing any trouble. He is very rude. And he had been eight pint of the gate and I have no idea why. And I had to see him be perfectly pleasant to other guests! All and all the above employees were pleasant however, it wouldn’t be my first choice for a hotel stay if we ever come back to that area. Please hear me out. It’s all true.
