The young lady who was the server was named Unikua she made my morning when I went down for breakfast I probably spoke with five staff members who were all incredibly friendly and nice if you're looking for a place to stay in your Batesville you will want to go here.

It's too hot when the AC is off but when it's on its very loud and only on for 5 minutes before going off again. So every five minutes I am woken up to it going off and on off and on...it's sat down as low as possible to try and keep it on but nothing at no temp will it stay on. I paid so much to not even sleep... Oh and no breakfast and their coffee machine in the room has not been cleaned in months. Avoid at all cost if you are a light sleeper you are better off sleeping in your car. Also their tv stopped working in the morning so we had no entertainment before checkout.

Negatives: Cigarette Smoke and "other" smoke smells throughout, including front entrance, elevator, hallways and bedding. Loud guests and visitors (people using the back entrance, no luggage and only there from 9pm until 2 am). Loud Room doors opening/closing up and down the hall, more smoke smells, music thumping, during those hours. I would not stay here again, even if it meant paying more to stay elsewhere.
