They should shut this place down until they get it fixed in January. Instead they will happily charge guests when they can't provide a basic service. It doesn't matter whether you are in a suite or basic room, the water is like warm at best.
- ARAnn RaafNov 16, 20253.0We stayed because we were attending a wedding at the hotel. The front desk people were very friendly . The room we stayed in was okay . It was clean but the bed was too soft and the pillow situation was absolutely awful. The pillows on the bed were small not like a normal size pillow and I don't know if it was the pillow or AC unit but my guest and I kept coughing once we laid down. They had one USB port on the side of a clock that didn't work. The location of the hotel and lobby was nice the room the wedding was in was very nice. I would suggest bring your own pillow or the hotel provide normal size better quality pillows for the rooms. For the price of the room the could invest in that to make their guests stay more comfortable.
