Mr. Khamir was extremely friendly and helpful upon check in, the bed was very comfy, the room was clean & spacious, water was hot & water pressure was nice, the breakfast was good, and check out was seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

But we had the good fortune of having staff who quickly noticed and contacted us. Back to unfortunate: although we were timely notified, we were not able to receive the message until we were too far away to retrieve the case that day. Back to fortunate: the front desk went beyond the call of duty to ensure we received the laptop as quickly as possible and at the least expense.
