  The room was perfect. Floors needed cleaning. I knocked my water over & wiped up with towl the towels was black??? Toilet didn't flush properly either.. I still recommend the stay here. BREAKFAST was the BEST so organized. Thank you Holiday Express!! I HATE those BOOKING APPS wis u could get rid of them ALL. WE Just showed up & the desk was very kind and no problems. The big apps have stoled monies & lied to us they r a major PROBLEM.

  Unable to receive a refund for canceling my room reservation. Very rude customer service. I explained to them a family emergency came up and I was unable to make it. Over 24 hour notice was given in advance to cancel my reservation. So they got to keep $171.02. Will not book another reservation with Holiday Inn Express.

  Im so happy I found this place. Traveling with a large dog is limiting but they are accommodating and reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I've had.
