But we had the good fortune of having staff who quickly noticed and contacted us. Back to unfortunate: although we were timely notified, we were not able to receive the message until we were too far away to retrieve the case that day. Back to fortunate: the front desk went beyond the call of duty to ensure we received the laptop as quickly as possible and at the least expense.

I booked it at the last minute after canceling another hotel; the woman on the phone was friendly and professional and worked with me to offer the best price. We arrived at 7:30pm; the male front desk attendant was also very friendly. The room (123) was fantastic - very clean and quite roomy. The free breakfast was superb - more choices than most hotels and very nice quality foods. The check-out process was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Lounging chair, desk, microwave, fridge all excellent! Staff are very professional yet friendly! Free breakfast! Couldn't ask for anything more!
