  We stayed here because my husband was having surgery the next day at a local out patient clinic. First thing I noticed was it’s in an odd location. It’s sort of behind a Kohls department store and some other business. It’s a good size hotel and it was clean, staff was friendly enough. After working all day and then traveling 2 hours, I was ready to wash my face and settle in. There was no hot water from the sink. I waited and waited and it never got above a very mild lukewarm. The noise from the highway is LOUD! Very very noisy. Maybe because we live in a very rural area and I’m just not used to traffic, but it was loud. Next morning, I turn the shower on, and I actually timed it this time, I waited, 3 minutes and 56 seconds to get warm water. Not hot water but warm enough I could shower comfortably. We didn’t eat any breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The hotel room was clean but we won’t stay here again simply based on the noise level and the hot water situation.

  I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Some of the front desk staff came across as a bit rude and not very accommodating, especially when I requested a late checkout. As a Platinum member, I expected the usual 2 PM checkout, but it wasn’t granted. There were also several maintenance issues. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work, and in another room we booked, the fridge wasn’t working either. Since we booked three rooms, I was also hoping they would be closer together, but they were spread far apart—almost like one in each corner—which made it inconvenient for our group. The biggest issue for me was the bed. I stayed in a king suite, but the mattress felt quite dated and sunken, making it hard to sleep comfortably and causing back discomfort in the morning. Overall, while housekeeping was great, the service consistency, room conditions, and comfort level need improvement.

  The have a nice cleaning staff, very polite and friendly. But the front desk were rude. 2 out of 3 that we met are not nice. They do not even honor our status as Platinum member.

  Well Holiday Inn Impressed me again❤️ . Excellent from the moment we walk in the staff was so professional and polite. Well maintained very clean and fresh and did I mention the staff was so wonderful.❤️❤️❤️❤️ We will come back again and again thank you we enjoyed are stay.

  I travel for business and have stayed at dozens of Holiday Inns across the US and Canada. This was my favorite so far. My room was clean quiet and comfortable. The pillow top bed was the first time I have slept in a hotel through the night that I can remember. The AC/Heater worked great. The staff were very nice as well. Again best Holiday Inn stay so far.
