- CRCole Raymond6 days ago5.0Im leaving this review purely for the restaurant staff in the front. They dont do complimentary breakfast but what they do give you is a menu with options at reasonable prices. Food was great and staff were very friendly. Will eat here again.

I stayed here for work and all I wanted was to grab a coffee on the way out in the morning. There was other things too, but this was my biggest irk. I would not stay here again.

Evening staff was great. I the morning I went to check out and no one in site, then I believe I saw them sitting outside chitchatting and smoking and never acknowledged me. Do not plan on using this hotel again.

We invited her friend along. After prepaying, showing up to check in they tell me the pool is under renovation. This should be in their hotel description as many other local hotels have included. If the pool wasn't available there was a line thru pool. I spent $170 for a room. I asked if we could transfer to another local holiday inn with an indoor pool and they said no, sorry. I asked if I could be refunded my money and go somewhere else and again the answer was no. I don't feel this is good business. I feel like this is a rip off. I am so disappointed and will not return to Holiday Inn under any circumstances. We are actually thinking about just going home.
