  Everytime I stay here I am usually greeted by Lewis’s amazing self but didn’t see him this time but that is okay because the 3 employees I encountered made up for his absence tremendously. Tito checked me in and is an extremely funny and nice guy who makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. My shuttle driver was Edward and when I say such a gentleman I truly mean that, he is another funny guy. Then at checkout was Kay and she is as sweet as can be and really seemed to care if I had a good stay or not. These 3 plus Lewis always really are the definition of true hospitality and what the world needs to see more of in the customer service industry! I had a horrible stay at a holiday inn in Atlanta last week but coming back here made up for it and I always feel at home here. Keep it up , you guys always make me look forward to my St. Louis stays and I could never stay somewhere else. Plus shoutout to the housekeeping staff they are always amazing and everything is so clean when I come.

  What could have been a stressful check-in turned into one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. We’re in town for our kids’ graduation weekend (which is already a whirlwind), and I realized I had booked the wrong date. Cue instant panic. But Tito at the front desk handled it with incredible professionalism, kindness, and grace. And here’s the thing—he wasn’t just standing behind a desk. He was actively managing shuttle drop-offs, pick-ups, and helping multiple guests at once, yet somehow still made us feel like we were the only people there. He fixed our reservation, found us a room, and never once made us feel foolish for the mistake. Instead, he made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for—which matters, especially as longtime IHG Hotels & Resorts members. Our room is lovely, comfortable, and exactly what we needed at the end of a very long day. But honestly? The real reason we’d come back in a heartbeat is Tito. Exceptional customer service turns a stay into an experience—and Tito delivered exactly that. Thank you for making a hectic day end on such a high note.

  Had the best stay at this property. Was here with my husband and our children. We booked a 2 queen suite and I love how modern the hotel is. Was so clean and comfortable. We checked in late at night after midnight and the front desk lady was so sweet and caring. Also loved the breakfast, the breakfast lady answered all our questions we had about the food and was so patient and kind she deserves a raise. So good at her job and kept everything clean and well stocked. When we checked out later that morning we were greeted with another friendly lady at the front desk she was super nice and I really like the energy from all of the employees I encountered. This hotel is the true definition of what hospitality should be! Well done and we will be back! :)

  Had a great stay! The water was being worked on during my stay, but the hotel kept us informed. The front desk lady was nice and made sure our stay was good. I will be using the hotel when I return next month.

  Sketch - not recommended, would not book Our room had an adjoining door, but the internal door (our side) was missing. There was NO WAY TO LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE! They claimed the other side of the door was a conference room being renovated, and there’s no way to get in because there’s a wall. But we slipped something under the door without problem, so clearly no wall. He wouldn’t show us the conference room or the inside; and supposedly the workers have access?!? And I can’t lock it from the inside?!? I don’t understand why construction would force them to remove the INSIDE door that has a lock on it. The front desk got extremely angry when we tried asking for a new room. My husband has the patience of a saint, and the conversation turned sour quickly. He continued to insist it was just a conference room and to “just trust him”, and refused to show me the conference room for peace of mind. Missouri’s hotel law (Chapter 315) requires hotels to operate with “strict regard to health and safety of the guest”, and a room that cannot be secured from the inside is not safe and is not acceptable. He said there were no other rooms available - although the parking lot wasn’t that full so I’m unsure if it was true - so we went up the street to the DoubleTree and it was MUCH better!!! Customer service reassured us we’d be refunded, but we’ve yet to receive the promised call from the manager. I do not often do hotel reviews, especially not bad reviews, but I felt this was important. I would absolutely not recommend staying here, especially if you’re a female traveler.
