Our downtown St. Louis hotel is walkable to Americas Center and Enterprise Center, each within 10 minutes. We’re also surrounded by several parks, museums, coffee shops, and dining. Busch Stadium, St. Louis City SC Stadium, and Gateway Arch park are all within a 10-minute drive. We’re also 15 minutes from World Wide Technology Raceway.

Stayed here for a concert that was in town and chose this hotel based on location to the venue. The hotel was fine but wouldn’t be my first choice to rebook if I was ever in town again. The parking situation was not very convenient and pricey. Our room was clean and spacious but had a few issues with the shower and temperature of the water.

Dirty sheets laying in hall way. No top sheet on bed, apparently they dont put them on beds on 11th floor. Front desk clerk did give us a bag in the bed with sheets in it.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This hotel does not meet the Hilton standards.
Outside of the hotel there is a large number of homeless people hanging out.
They offer two types of parking.
1. Figure it out and park on the street amongst the homeless. This requires you to plug a meter every two hours to avoid a ticket.
2. Valet for 55 dollars. There was a long line of cars sitting on the street for this option.
After waiting a half hour i told the staff i wasn't comfortable with this and would like my reservation cancelled and my money refunded.
The staff is incredibly rude, but after a bit they agreed to cancel my reservation and refund my money. I asked for a receipt and they said i would get it in my email. When i received the email it said late cancellation and they charge me anyways.
Don't stay here, don't believe a word they say. Save yourself the time and just go somewhere else.

Does management even exist at this hotel or Hilton ever do quality checks? I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews first, but every bad one about this place is true. It looks like a cheap nightly rate until you realize valet is mandatory at $55 a night. Yes, that's correct $55, which is high even by major city standards. It is mandatory because there is no garage for guests and city public parking is non-existant. Room was a dump with a nonworking TV & blinds that wouldn't work. The lobby was a dump with dirty floors and trash everywhere. And as these type of hotels go the breakfast was just... sad. No fruit, bad coffee, and curdled milk. No free water offered as a Hilton diamond member and the cooler was stocked with bottles & snacks that all cost $7.50. Yeah... $7.50 for a bottle of water or a Snickers. I wish I had never stayed here. But I guess all of the extra charges go to pay for the 4 security guards hanging around the lobby like it's their living room or prison guards.

The location is near a homeless population, my family and I did not feel safe walking at night walking to the restaurants up the street. Parking was nearly impossible leaving no choice but only for valet parking, which the valet person was not friendly. My family and I had to be moved 4 different times to different rooms, due to there being unwashed blood stains on the sheet and blankets (disgusting and unacceptable). The last room we moved to the tv didn’t work and there was no remote, requested a remote and never received one. I’ve have been trying to get a refund for the room over 3 weeks, booking and the hotel has been no help! I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. My family and I will never stay at this hotel again. Unacceptable and not clean.
