To be clear the employees here are very helpful and otherwise I would have given more stars but I want to bring attention to this issue as I am not the only one who has complained and was not the only one trying to leave early this morning. Please please please update the website and signage to reflect limited hours.
The website for this hotel does not specifically list any valet hour restrictions but notes that there are no self park options, valet only and an online search shows that this location is supposed to be 24/7. I specially asked the valet at night because I had to leave before 6am and she confirmed it is 24/7. I got down to the front desk at 5:45am because I have a 12 hour drive and need to be out by 6 and was told valet doesn't start until 7. The key is in a lock box, nobody has access to it and no manager on site. The front desk representative was patient and helpful with me even though I was irrate, although not angry with any of the workers, they were all wonderful, the manager of this hotel/website needs to update to publicly reflect hours of the valet since it is the only option.

The best thing about this hotel is it is centrally located in downtown St. Louis. The room was okay. The breakfast was a nice amenity but once the hotel filled up it was impossible to get any food.
The front desk attendant insisted on a credit card for incidentals, but the hotel really doesn’t have any …
As I write this I’m sitting here waiting to get my car because the valet doesn’t start until seven - seems pretty inhospitable when you know you’ve booked out the hotel.

Homeless roaming lobby. Elevators broken. Very unsafe feeling. Over priced. Lobby with garbage left everywhere. Unsafe area. Staff not even dressed professionally. Literally wearing hoodies. Rotten apples in the breakfast set up.

Front desk staff at might wasn't very nice or helpful. Tried getting valet parking before the closing time that was posted - and was told we're too late. When I pointed to their sign showing that we were there before the time the front desk person just shrugged her shoulders. The rooms are nice - beware that the beds have a plastic/rubber mattress pad around it, do plan on sweating. If you are Hilton reading this, please change over to bamboo mattress covers - they breathe. Good stay, but miserable parking.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff was very courteous and welcoming. However, once I reached my room, I discovered that the toilet was not flushing. I took some time to settle in and unwind before contacting guest services, who promptly addressed the issue by relocating me to another room.
After getting settled into the second room, I decided to rest. When I woke up, I noticed several bug bites. I immediately took a hot shower and inspected the room for bedbugs but initially did not find any. I then lay back down to watch television, at which point I noticed a bug near the pillow. Upon closer inspection, I confirmed it was a bedbug and contacted guest services again. They apologized for the inconvenience and moved me to a third room.
Overall, while the rooms were somewhat small, they were cozy. The food was acceptable—neither bad nor exceptional.
