When I informed the staff that I was unsatisfied with my room and was willing to pay for an upgrade they told me that there weren't any upgrades. Not available, just none period. Like that was their best room. Staff was very rude and pushy about checking out and threatened to keep my $100 deposit, even though I had asked and was granted a late checkout upon arrival.

The bed was comfortable The shower had hot water and was not slippery Unfortunately didn't get to try breakfast The only two negatives are this hotel is in the hood and you really only have the option to valet for $55 a night which is a little outrageous

Challenging location due to crime & limited parking. Street parking too far from the hotels is not recommended due to crime. Only other option is valet parking for $50 per night + tip since the parking staff doesn't get a cut of the $50. We cut our 2 night stay to 1 night because of this. We had a police incident outside our hotel 11th floor window just after I got back from a walk down Washington St.
- NUNikka UnderwoodNov 25, 20253.0The breakfast is best I’ve had at a hotel, BUT, I booked a room with a “city view” so we were on the 11th floor, NO VIEW! And the parking was horrible. They don’t mention they try to force $50/day valet parking on you when you book, even though they have no lot or garage & it’s all street parking. I would stay here again just not if an event is in town because the price was kind of steep for what it was & I know not to pay extra for a city view when the building literally faces taller buildings in a short distance crowded vicinity & the windows were 6ft tall & smoggy. The clearish window was in the bathroom.
