I recently stated there. Booking the room through IHG. The inside of the elevator was very dirty. My 8 year old daughter found crumbs in her bed. A light in between the head boards did not work. I was having issues with the tv. When all the issues were brought to the attention of the front desk. They said we will tell the manager. They didn’t offer to switch our room or have maintenance come look at the tv. The manager of the hotel never reached out to me. They gave me a free breakfast and two free drinks. I paid on IHG so the breakfast was included. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is ran poorly and the cleanliness of this place is poor

Absolute nightmare. Booked two rooms here. When I showed up to check in. They said they overbooked the hotel and they have no available rooms. Had to book a new room at Marriott around the corner where they went over and above. Hotel indigo staff said and I quote “booking here sometimes you get a room sometimes you don’t, there’s nothing we can do” Will never book/stay here again.

Between the bed and the wall there was about two feet of space. There are no rooms at all with bathtubs in the building. Our room was freezing and the weather outside matched. There’s no fridge, safe, or microwave in the room. They also do not have cribs available for families with small children. We had paid for breakfast included through IHG membership booking. When we went down for breakfast the waitress asked my husband what he’d like did not acknowledge me or our two children so the four of us shared one water because she could not be bothered took our order from about six feet away and treated us like the plague. None of us were sick in any manner. My husband ordered our boys hashbrowns and fruit to share and we had plenty on our plates to divide between them as well. She forgot the fruit cups. There was another party who came down emptied the coffee carafes and then left the restaurant. It was all over sub par experience which for a family who stays in IHG hotels often specifically Hotel Indigo at the crossroads in KC and love the staff and hospitality there it was disappointing. The staff member checking us in just did not seem to care at all. Parking is terrible. While the location is close to the arch it is not walkable during winter months.
