Just stayed two days there Oct. 28 thru Oct. 30, 2025 for the Clutch chess tournament at the St. Louis chess club. I was quoted roughly 100.00/per night, which I paid at the time of booking. I was, of course, hit with a couple small fees at checkout but we all know those are coming. What I wasn't expecting were the additional fees that hit my account over the next week. I made contact with the general manager and the charges were corrected. No idea if this is a regular thing or not but it's always a good idea to check your account after a hotel stay.

I am having a fabulous stay at this hotel. It's very clean, the rooms are presented well and the lobby bar/restaurant is very stylish. I would also add, the service and professionalism I have received upon check in with Tay was fantastic. As Diamond, she recognised me, she was knowledgeable about the hotel, the hotel local location, restaurants and things to do. Everytime I walked in or out I also observed her doing the same with other guests. Having great customer service really adds a large impact to the overall experience. Thanks for a great stay.

My stay at Hotel Indigo West Central was exceptional. From check-in onward, the level of professionalism and hospitality exceeded my expectations. MyLetta was outstanding at check-in—her expertise, efficiency, and warm demeanor ensured a comfortable and seamless start to my stay. Tay G. was extremely helpful on our second night of our stay. The recent renovations are impressive and elevate the overall experience. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The location is ideal, and I felt safe and secure throughout my visit. The guest room was immaculate, with an exceptional level of cleanliness that truly stood out. The hotel’s pet-friendly accommodations were also a welcomed benefit. I would also like to recognize the General Manager Dan Molina-who was genuinely kind, approachable, and attentive. Their leadership and care for guests are clearly reflected in the quality of service provided by the entire team. The parking was secure and gated, and we were able to park in covered parking during the snow. The breakfast was free and there were many options. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo West Central and would gladly return in the future!

I originally booked a room here because of it's proximity to Barnes Jewish Hospital. I live too far away to drive to St. Louis, have tests done at the hospital, then drive back home in the same day. This hotel is only .5 mile from the hospital. Ihave stayed here twice now recently. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. It is a no-smoking hotel that has been updated to a very modern, clean and neat place to stay. The beds and pillows were super comfy to me, which was a pleasant surprise from what I'm used to when traveling. There is no lingering scent of cigarettes from days gone by. I also very much appreciated the amenities. The soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are nice sized bottles mounted to the walls in the bathroom. No fumbling with tiny bottles, tubes, and soap bars! There was a mini-fridge discretely tucked in a cabinet and a single cup coffee/tea maker with a variety of k-cups to choose from. Although they don't provide room service or complimentary breakfast, you can place an order online to any of the establishments within the Bel Aire Social plus there is a small convenience store beside the front desk that has several options for food and drink. There is outdoor, on-site parking and a small underground parking garage, both gated, and fee based. It's a small, art deco place with upscale design and a cozy feel. I highly recommend it and the Bel Aire Social!
