Nice hotel but they have cut back on everything basic, like microwaves in the room, hand soap, and other amenities. I hope this isn't across the whole chain. There is another chain that has everything including a complimentary breakfast, just across the street. It's unfortunate that a nice hotel with such wonderful staff is so chintz, just ashame.

She was at the front desk talking with someone about her wedding plans and seemed to dismiss all of my concerns. My child is very sensitive to these type of situations. As a manager, please show more compassion. Everyone else seemed very pleasant.
