Stayed here with my two kids and guests were smoking weed in the parking lot (which is totally fine I know it’s legal) but since our room was right by the side parking lot the ENTIRE ROOM reaked of marijuana and my kids are both under 3 I don’t need the room reaking of weed my kids are going to bed. It started at 9 and it’s been an hour the room still stinks. All we were told (after being dismissed multiple times) was we could be given an “odor neutralizer” which just made the room stink even more it didn’t correct the issue. I just felt very dismissed and it felt as if they were more concerned with trying to do the least amount of work as possible. Never staying at a Holiday Inn branch again this is despicable. ALSO UPDATE: an associate came up at 10 pm well after both of my kids were put down and DEMANDED THE ODOR SPRAY BACK WAKING UP BOTH KIDS AND MYSELF. We literally would’ve either left it in the room or given it back to the front desk in the morning it was not at all appropriate to disturb our room at this hour. Management needs to get it together this experience was unbelievable.
