She was at the front desk talking with someone about her wedding plans and seemed to dismiss all of my concerns. My child is very sensitive to these type of situations. As a manager, please show more compassion. Everyone else seemed very pleasant.

A fireplace and large-screen televisions in the lobby, a good gym with a lot of options, and an outstanding pool area. Plus, an attached lounge and restaurant. The hotel is professionally themed with Route 66 decorations. We highly recommend this hotel.
- RHRobert HomDec 9, 20255.0This Holiday inn is located towards the Southwest of St Louis which seems to be a safer area with a lot of shopping and food surrounding it. There seems to be a plaza right across the street with good food options. The rooms were really clean and the bed was really comfortable. The vibe of the place seems to focus on route 66. My room had the view of the pool which actually looked really nice. I was there during cold season so there wasn't really much going on at the pool scene. There is a really nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area which has some pretty awesome food if you don't want to leave the hotel itself. The staff is really nice and helpful and was able to answer most of my questions or actually all of my questions whenever I approached them. There's a conference room area which I believe is used for small conventions. Overall, I would stay here again if I'm ever in the St Louis area. But, I highly doubt I'll ever go back. 😅
